Priority1 LTL Smart Parser Luis Cabarcas توسط

Priority1 Smart Parser Pro is an enterprise-grade workflow automation extension built exclusively for freight brokers and logistics analysts. It bridges the gap between the Priority1 Transportation Management System (TMS) and Frontapp, eliminating hours of manual copy-pasting, reducing human error, and drastically accelerating client response times.

CORE FEATURES:

⚡ Smart Quote Extraction:
Stop formatting tables manually. With a single click, the engine parses Priority1 LTL and Volume rates, organizes them by carrier, calculates insurance thresholds, and formats them into a clean, modern HTML layout ready for client delivery.

🌉 Frontapp Teleportation:
Seamless bi-directional integration. Compile your quotes or shipment documents in Priority1, click "Send," and watch the extension automatically detect your active Frontapp draft to natively inject the HTML and attach PDF files.

🤖 Zero-Click Insurance Automation:
Eliminate manual data entry. The engine automatically reads your quoted freight value, processes the Booking/Insurance screens, injects the exact coverage amounts, and logs the final adjusted rate directly to your clipboard.

📎 Smart Document Tray:
Instantly scan shipment details for Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Pallet Labels. The extension fetches the PDFs in the background, renames them with the correct load identifiers, and bundles them for instant email attachment.

🎯 BOL Auto-Linker:
Never track a shipment manually again. The extension scans the Frontapp interface and automatically converts any 9-to-11-digit BOL string into a clickable hyperlink, routing you instantly to that shipment's historical window in the TMS.

📈 Real-Time ROI Analytics:
Gamify your workflow. The extension calculates the actual mechanical time saved (based on strict time audits per automation) and displays your shift performance metrics directly when you reach "Inbox Zero" in Frontapp.

SECURITY & PRIVACY:
Priority1 Smart Parser Pro is designed strictly under the principle of least privilege. It operates entirely locally within the authenticated user's browser. It does not intercept, read, or transmit login credentials, passwords, or authentication tokens, and it sends zero telemetry data to third-party servers.
