OldMapsOnline now runs on Firefox. As you browse library catalogues, archives and digital collections, the extension spots zoomable historical maps (IIIF, DeepZoom, Zoomify, IIPImage and Allmaps) and lets you add them to OldMapsOnline with a single click. The toolbar badge counts newly found maps. Nothing leaves your browser until you press "Add to OldMapsOnline".
