Object Address is a small local index for physical things that are easy to misplace. Record an object name and a home path made from an area or room, a container, and an exact spot; at least one location field is required. Search by any part of the object's name, location, or the person who has it. The list can be filtered to all objects, objects at home, or objects on loan. An object on loan retains its home address while showing who currently has it; mark it returned to clear that temporary status. You can edit or move an address and remove an entry after an in-popup confirmation. The extension does not locate objects automatically, use the camera, scan barcodes, read webpages, contact borrowers, send reminders, or sync to another device. All entries are user-supplied and kept in localStorage in the Firefox profile. It works offline and needs no account.
