My Bookmarks Folder Octopus توسط

A versatile Firefox Browser Extension to pin and access specific bookmark folders with ease.

Stop digging through endless menus. My Bookmarks Folder is a lightweight browser extension that gives you instant, organized access to your favorite links exactly where you need them. Whether you prefer a permanent Sidebar, a quick Toolbar Popup, or a powerful Right-Click Context Menu, this tool has you covered.

Key Features

• Triple Access Points:
• Sidebar: Keep your links pinned for deep work and multitasking.
• Popup: Quick access from the toolbar without losing focus on your current tab.
• Context Menu: A fully navigable, recursive bookmark tree available on right-click anywhere.
• Customization & Comfort:
• Independent Configuration: Set different root folders for the Sidebar, Popup, and Context Menu.
• Editing Options: Ability to rename, delete, copy, move, etc. from the sidebar and popup window.
• Display Modes: Toggle between Compact (more items) and Comfortable (extra spacing) views to suit your style.
• Smart & Functional:
• Smart Links (%s): Highlight text on any page and click a bookmark containing %s in its URL. The extension will securely inject your selected text right into the link and open it in a new tab. A perfect solution for strict websites (like Gmail or GitHub) that block traditional scripts.
• Current Page URL (%u): Insert %u into a bookmark's URL, and the extension will dynamically replace it with the web address of your currently active tab. Perfect for one-click access to archiving tools (like Wayback Machine or Archive.is), translation services, or sharing tools without needing complex bookmarklets.
• Bookmarklets Support: Run your favorite standard JavaScript (javascript:...) bookmarklets directly from any of the menus (on pages that support external scripts).
• Native Navigation: Smooth subfolder browsing with an intuitive "Back" button and clean hierarchy.
• Native Look & Feel: Lightweight UI that blends perfectly with Firefox (supports both Light and Dark themes).
• Privacy & Performance:
• Fast & Lightweight: Built with Manifest V3 for optimal performance and security.
• Privacy First: No tracking, no data collection, and minimal permissions required.
• Multi-language: English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, Russian, Hebrew, Hindi, Swahili, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Esperanto... and of course Klingon (tlh) - especially for true warriors ;-)
