MochiDim - Manga Dark Mode & Blue Light Filter

MochiDim is a warm dark mode for manga, comics, and webtoons. It dims harsh white pages, reduces blue light, and keeps the artwork clear - no inverted colors, no muddy panels.

Stop squinting at bright manga pages late at night. Standard browser dark mode usually does nothing to images, and color inversion can ruin black-and-white panels, screentones, and full-color webtoons.

MochiDim is built specifically for image-based reading.

Click the MochiDim icon, choose a warmth preset, and the page softens instantly. Adjust the dim level, blue light reduction, and filter scope in seconds. Filter only the manga panels, or the full reader pane.

Works automatically on:

MangaDex
Comick
Bato.to
AsuraScans
Webtoons
MangaPlus
Cubari
Tapas

You can also enable MochiDim on other manga, comic, and webtoon sites with one click.

Why MochiDim?

Reading bright manga at night is hard on your eyes. Most fixes are not made for manga.

Browser dark mode often does not affect images
Color inversion can ruin the artwork
Blue light apps tint your entire screen orange
Brightness sliders dim everything and reduce contrast

MochiDim uses a GPU-accelerated SVG tone-mapping filter to create a warm, paper-like reading experience. Whites become softer. Blacks stay ink-like. Screentones and colors remain clear.

Add built-in blue light reduction for a warmer reading experience during long nighttime sessions.

Three Warmth Presets
Paper - Light and soft for daytime reading
Dusk - Medium warmth for evening reading
Midnight - Deep warm dimming for late-night reading
Blue Light Reduction

Choose from four levels:

Off
Low
Medium
High

MochiDim applies blue light reduction inside the reading content itself, so the page feels warmer without turning the entire screen muddy yellow.
