1.3.0

Added Instagram support: /p/, /reel/, /tv/ links open a viewer embedding Instagram's official /embed/captioned/ page.
Viewer auto-sizes via the embed's MEASURE postMessage, with a viewport fallback.
Exempted Instagram embed resources (instagram.com, cdninstagram.com, fbcdn.net, facebook.com/facebook.net); top-level stays blocked.
Note: Instagram-enforced — licensed-music videos/reels won't play inline, and some posts show a login prompt.
1.2.2

Fixed YouTube "Error 152-4": use an external Referer (https://github.com/) and a matching origin param.
1.2.1

Fixed YouTube "Error 153": send a valid http(s) Referer instead of the extension origin.
1.2.0

Added YouTube support: watch?v=, youtu.be/, /shorts/, /live/, /embed/ open a 16:9 no-cookie player with rel=0.
Path-scoped exemptions for the player's API/asset paths; top-level youtube.com stays blocked.
Fixed restored/reloaded video tabs opening the blocked page (reuses the redirect-loop guard).
