ManageChats: ChatGPT Chat Organizer Sachin Yadav توسط

Organize ChatGPT into powerful Workspaces 🚀
ChatGPT added Projects — but what if you need more? With ManageChats, you can group chats + projects together into Workspaces, each with its own custom instructions. Build focused, niche environments for anything you do: content creation, coding, research, and more.

🔑 Core features (100% free)
• 📂 Unlimited Workspaces — Group projects and chats into tailored spaces. Always FREE.
• ✍️ Custom instructions — Give each workspace its own persona, tone, or role.
• 💬 Shared chats — Reuse chats across multiple workspaces.
• 📌 Sidebar integration — Injected directly into ChatGPT’s sidebar so it feels native.
• 🌗 Dark & Light theme — Works seamlessly in both themes.
• 🗂️ Drag & Drop — Move chats into workspaces with a natural drag-and-drop flow.
• ➕ Quick add buttons — Add any chat to one or more workspaces instantly.
• 🖥️ Smart fallback — If ChatGPT’s UI changes, a floating “Workspaces” button appears so you never lose access.
• 🔒 Privacy-first — All your data stays on your device. Nothing leaves your browser.

🌟 Example use cases
• 📱 Social media workspace → Projects for Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, each with custom instructions like “write short viral hooks” or “expand into professional tone.”
• 💻 Developer workspace → Keep one project tuned for frontend help, another for backend, plus a shared “Docs QA” chat for quick reference.
• 🎓 Study workspace → Organize subjects into projects (Math, History, Language). Add a shared “Exam Prep” chat with tailored prompts for practice.
