Bug fixes so image and quote rotations work properly across page loads.

Firefox now opens the startpage on browser start and in new windows, not only in new tabs.

The weather readout now tells a remembered location refusal (NO PERMISSION) apart from a position failure (NO LOCATION).

Dropped images now use IndexedDB instead of localStorage to increase the size limit for uploaded images. Existing images migrate.

PRECISE weather no longer hangs on LOCATING.

Theme colours arriving from an imported, pulled or synced config are sanitized before they are applied.

Typing in the config tray is roughly seven times cheaper and no longer breaks IME composition, so multi keystroke Japanese input holds.

Adds the unlimitedStorage permission.
