Herald helps your team organize and quantify customer feedback to make better products. As a bonus, Herald also aligns your entire team around customer needs.

We start by providing the best experience for capturing customer feedback right from you Gmail, Intercom, Front, Zendesk, and more in just a few clicks. Then, Herald's robust analytical engine helps you rigorously qualify and quantify customer feedback according to your business goals.

Herald molds to the way your team works: it can be used exclusively as an internal tool, in semi-private mode to share a history of their feedback with specific customers, or publicly by publishing a product roadmap and changelog. To learn more, visit https://www.heraldhq.com.
