Focus Friend AnotherUsername توسط

Stop doom-scrolling. Start doing.

Focus Friend isn't just another website blocker—it's a tool designed specifically for the ADHD brain. We know that "just blocking" a site doesn't work if you can easily turn it off. Focus Friend finds the balance between firm boundaries and gentle nudges.

🧠 Why is this different?

Most blockers are too easy to bypass (just one click to disable!) or too rigid (blocking you when you actually need the site for work). Focus Friend uses Friction Design to break the dopamine loop without locking you out completely.

✨ Key Features

Cumulative Timers: Set a daily limit (e.g., 30 mins) for your distraction sites. It counts your time across the whole day, so "closing and reopening" the tab won't cheat the system.

The Alphabet Challenge: Want to disable the extension or delete a rule? You can't just click a button. You have to type the entire alphabet (a-z) manually. This 10-second pause engages your brain's planning center, giving you just enough time to ask, "Do I really want to do this?"

Multi-Site Tracking: Track YouTube, Reddit, Twitter/X, and more simultaneously. If you switch tabs, the timer pauses instantly.

Visual Countdowns: Optional on-screen timer to combat time blindness. See exactly how many minutes you have left before the block hits.

The Panic Button (Snooze): Locked out but need to find a specific video for work? Use the "Emergency Snooze" to get 5 minutes of access.
