FlashWave AI Flashcards Ethan Zemelman توسط

FlashWave supercharges your study sessions by converting highlighted text, PDFs, or lecture notes into high‑quality flashcards using AI. FlashWave saves you hours of manual flashcard creation so you can focus on learning, not copying and pasting.

Key features:
• One‑click flashcard generation - Highlight and right click some text then press "Generate Flashcards with AI"; FlashWave returns concise Q&A flashcards in seconds.
• Cards can be exported in a format compatible with Anki and Quizlet. You can also import cards into FlashWave.
• The AI extracts the most salient concepts, eliminating fluff and duplicates.

How it works:
1. Once installed, enter your Gemini API key (this is a requirement for the extension to work). If you don't know how to get this, click the question mark icon next to the text field which will bring you to a page explaining how to get this.
2. Select any passage on a webpage or PDF.
3. Right click the text then click "Generate Flashcards with AI".
4. You can view the flashcards, edit them, and create new flashcard sets manually.
