Digital Wellbeing & Focus Vishwaroop توسط

Digital Wellbeing is a privacy-first screen time tracker and focus toolkit for Firefox. Every byte of your data stays on your device — nothing is uploaded, tracked, or sold.

TRACK
- Automatic screen time tracking per site, category, and hour of day
- Attention analytics: focus score, attention span, tab switches, rabbit-hole detection
- Category breakdowns (Work, Social, Learning, News, Finance, Shopping, Fun) with custom overrides

BLOCK
- Daily time limits per site or category, scheduled blocks, and permanent blocks
- Focus sessions and Pomodoro timer that block distracting categories while you work
- Allowlist-only focus mode, 5-minute snooze, strict mode, keyword blocking
- Distraction hiding: YouTube Shorts, Reels, Stories, comments, recommendations, feeds

STAY BALANCED
- Break reminders, daily summaries, and Monday recaps
- Task lists, virtual-site tracking for sub-pages, optional new-tab focus widget

PERMISSIONS USED
- tabs: detect the active site for time tracking and blocking
- storage: keep all data locally on your device
- idle: pause tracking when you're away
- alarms & notifications: Pomodoro phases, break nudges, summaries
- contextMenus: right-click quick block and focus actions
- Content scripts run on all pages only to detect video playback (so lectures keep counting) and to hide distracting elements you enable. No data ever leaves your browser.

100% local. No accounts, no analytics, no network requests.
