DayTruth Daytruth توسط

You don’t have a time problem. You have a truth problem.

DayTruth tracks your real browser activity — not just time spent, but how you actually use it.

This extension captures:
• Active tab usage and time per site
• Foreground vs background behavior
• Exact browsing sessions (no estimates)
• YouTube activity (video-level tracking)

It syncs securely with DayTruth to help you understand:
• Where your time actually goes
• When you switch context
• How much work is real vs passive
• What you were doing during your peak focus windows

This is not another productivity tracker.

It’s a reality check.

Privacy-first by design:
• No raw browsing data leaves your device
• No selling or sharing of personal data
• Only aggregated insights are used (if enabled)

Works alongside DayTruth desktop, mobile, and VS Code integrations to give you a complete picture of your day.

Install, connect, and see your day — for real.
