Compo Grid: Composition & Image Analysis Vince Dy توسط

Compo Grid draws the master's composition grids directly onto images and videos. No capture needed, no software to open, the grid lands on the artwork you are looking at.

For painters, illustrators, photographers, and art students who want to understand how an image is built.

Composition grids :
- Rule of thirds, golden ratio and diagonals
- Armature, rabatment and reciprocals
- Dynamic symmetry and golden spiral
- Mechanical grid with free divisions

Note : Grids that need a specific format, like the golden spiral, only appear where their construction is true, and the extension tells you why otherwise.

Value reading :
- Black and white, soft or two-value filters (notan), and blur
- Mirror: fold the image onto itself to judge its balance
- Phi compass: measure the golden sections of any segment

Video and export :
- Grids on videos, with automatic detection of the black bars(letterboxes) of films
- Save the image or a video frame with its grid as a PNG

Practical :
- A keyboard shortcut for every grid and tool
- Adjustable line color, width, style, and opacity
- Choose the sites where the extension runs
- Right-click an image to show its grid or save it
