Gmail has no automatic Bcc. Auto BCC Rules adds your CRM's BCC dropbox (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho and others), a shared archive or your team to Bcc or Cc, by rules, as you write.

• Rules by sender (your address or a send-as alias), recipient address or domain, words in the subject, and new messages or replies
• "Only when mail leaves the organisation": internal mail is skipped, using your company domains
• Exceptions: "not when our lawyers are on it"
• The addresses go into Gmail's real Bcc/Cc field, and a label above Send says what was added and by which rule
• Skip this time, for one message; addresses you remove by hand stay out
• Press Send too early and the send is held once, until the addresses are in
• Rules page: try your rules on a made-up message, export and import them as JSON
• English and Turkish

No account, no server, no analytics and no network requests at all. Your rules stay in your browser's storage. The only permission is storage, and it runs only on mail.google.com.
