    - Fixed URL mangling caused by double-decoding of percent-encoded characters in complex URLs (e.g. redirect_uri, scope, and other nested query parameters)

    - External link requests are now blocked before they reach the server, rather than being interrupted mid-load
    - URLs are now preserved exactly as captured, eliminating encoding round-trips through the container selection popup

    • The popup window is now centered on the current browser window and attempts to enforce its intended size via a post-creation resize.
