And with the release of yet another unstable version of Lightning, it is yet again proven that it is junk. Although no longer supported or updated, I'm using a very old version of Sunbird which is STILL infinitely more stable and useful than Lightning. When will the Mozilla Calendar Project people pull their heads out and fix Lightning? Probably never. CalDav is impossible to use for non programmers. For normal people, there's Provider for Google Calendar.
And lightning is broken... again. Good thing Sunbird still works, for now. Too bad they aren't updating that. It was the only stable, useful Mozilla calendar project.
I'd give this five stars, since it would otherwise be a great addon, but there has been a major bug in every version, with every version of Firefox, and every version of Window$. The bug is that the addon freezes frequently, requiring a Firefox restart.
All versions after 1.7 don't work. Every update to fix this problem has been a big time fail. If the old version still works, which it does, then what's the problem, developers?
Not very useful unless you're a developer. But then, if you're a developer, you don't need it anyway.
Five stars just because Virtus is a tool.
Great extension. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because, by default, it removes stored links when you open them. I have permanently lost a few websites because of this nonsensical option default.
Doesn't work in TB 2.0. Needs to be updated or fixed.
This was the default for Netscape. I'm not sure why Mozilla took a more cumbersome route on this. It should be the default on FF. I agree that it should also be a standard button instead of a clever hack. I am disappointed that it seems to have difficulty with FF 3.x. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I would go to the home page and contact the developer, but the link is broken.
I can't update to FF3 until they fix this extension and the stupid combined back/forward button. This extension should be part of the included functionality in FF.
Who at this point isn't aware of breast cancer, one of the least common forms of cancer, and one of the least common deadly cancers. There are other cancers, people, and many, many of them are far more common and far more deadly.
Needs to be updated for FF 3.x. "Toolbar Buttons does NOT provide the same functionality. This is much needed for FF 3.x because the programmers for some stupid reason decided to combine the back and forward buttons. I can't stand a combined back and forward button. I like the stop and reload combined and in between back and forward. This makes the most sense, so of course on the "update," it wasn't included.
This add on works only about 50% of the time. When it works, it is great; the other half of the time it slows Firefox down. Wayyyyy down. Often I even have to restart Firefox just to get it going again. I would give it 5 stars if it worked consistently, but right now it is more of a diminishment to the browser than an enhancement.
A must have, since so many webmasters are so brainwashed by Microsoft to use proprietary IE only code instead of universal internet standards.
