Session Manager

Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas

The most important browser addon to me. Great productivity tool to organize your sessions according to what task you are currently focusing on. You can save sessions for later use, and restore them later. The Backup and Recovery feature has saved me many times.

Yet why did i give 3/5 stars? Not (just) because it doesn't support Quantum, but because there is no easy way to get updates on progress wrt Quantum support. The dev has not updated the homepage in a long while. The only avenue for feedback and comments is a single forum thread which has now been locked.

To dev(s) : Please update your homepage, regarding progress or roadblocks on Quantum support. Thank you for this wonderful addon. I cannot live without it.

edit: I tried alternative addons which work with Quantum , but they all suck in comparison to this one. I had to downgrade to Firefox 52 ESR because i can't live without this addon.

Multiple Tab Handler (Manipulador multiple de Pestañas)

Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

Very nifty little addon. To Devs : Please support Firefox 52 Extended Support Release. (Using ESR because Quantum has broken many invaluable addons i cant live without) I had to install an older version of your addon to work with ESR.

Tab Groups

Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas

Only 3/5 stars because it doesn't allow moving tab groups to a new window or between windows which makes the addon non-usable for my workflow.

Thanks for supporting Firefox 52 ESR btw.

Menu Wizard

This is ADWARE. Dont install it. In the settings page i saw the advertisement option ENABLED BY DEFAULT. This addon subverts user expectations, and I suspect it violates Mozilla policy. How the hell did it get approved by Mozilla in the first place, i have no idea. I feel betrayed. Here is the privacy policy for the addon :

"If user consent is given, this add-on will show advertising on web pages.
In that case, the user's browsing history can be accessed by a third party (ad network).

But we don't collect cookies, password, e-mails or any other confidential info.
Only the domains (not full URLs) of the web-sites visited and nothing else."

To repeat and summarize :

- The app SHARES YOUR BROWSING HISTORY with 3rd PARTY ad networks whom we don't know.
- App modifies web pages to show these ads.
- Even if we can trust Mozilla and addon author how can we trust these 3rd party ad networks?
- Ads are enabled by default. No user consent was given by me.

At the very least the ads should be opt-in not opt-out. Mozilla should pull this from the store.

Ubuntu Ambiance Fox

Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

After checking out several Ubuntu themes, this was the one that i really liked. Fits perfectly with Ubuntu 14.04's default theme.
Only possible suggestion would be that the tabs glow/reflection be toned down or tweaked a bit.

Cheevos for Firefox

Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas

No mention of privacy policy.. Does this app phone home? Contact any web-service to provide any functionality?.. The developers should clarify these details..

The first addon I add when i install firefox Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas

The main reason I don't use chrome. Especially, in these times.
