I installed this and all of my extension icons disappeared, from both toolbars and "Customise" dialogue.
Restarting Firefox didn't restore them. Fortunately, uninstalling Nice Translator did.
I don't know whether or not this is a nice translator but, IMO, it's not a nice extension.

Finally! An easy way to add status bar buttons and put them where you want that seems to work without a hitch. I feel bad about rating it "four stars" but you'd have to be able to edit each individual button, by right clicking on it, for me to rate it "five stars". Thank you for an excellent extension.
Wow! Within hours, perhaps minutes, of making my suggestion, it'd not only been implemented but improved upon. Adds a new dimension to the term "responsive". Now, I feel bad about rating it "five stars"; it deserves more. I'm sure it can be "polished", additional features added and so on but, IMNSHO, it's close to perfect, as it is. If you like Custom Buttons and Stylish, you'll love this. Let's get it out of the sandbox and set up a site for exchanging status bar buttons.
Ugly Icon Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
I've upped my rating from four to five as Apu's made an effort to improve the hideous icon. For those who'd prefer an icon in the true spirit of happy hour, I've uploaded mine to http://rapidshare.com/files/125494736/HappyChecker.zip.html
Ugly Icon and no features or options but it works and doesn't seem to cause any problems. Handy if you use RapidShare and don't want to shell out for a premium account.
Conflict Puntuado con 1 de 5 estrellas
with DOM Inspector.
Version 1.6.7 with Firefox 2.0.14 causes a major problem when trying to inspect chrome://browser/content/browser.xul which makes it, pretty much, useless for me.
Pretty good Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas
Works well and doesn't appear to cause any problems.
I'd like to see icon tooltips and the ability to open/save local files but those are shortcomings more of FCKeditor than the extension. One major improvement, to the extension, would be, at least, the option of replacing the textarea rather than the popup.
@asphaltjesus...works fine, for me, in WinXP Pro with FF 126.96.36.199. Also in Yahoo Mail (Classic)...if the "Plain Text" option, in the "Compose" window, is selected.
Could be better Puntuado con 2 de 5 estrellas
The service is a great idea but I didn't care much for the extension.
I, particularly, didn't care for having to log in to the service prior to the extension being of any use. Adding the ability to enter user details and log in, automatically, would be a huge improvement. I, also, didn't like the "Open Link" in a new window rather than a tab. Finally, the extension as a toolbar was just too much; I have more than enough toolbars and context menu items, thank you. I constructed a Custom Button for it, in about twenty minutes, so I don't think it'd be a big deal for the author to, at least, provide a toolbar button as an option. Surely, I'm not the only user fed up with unnecessary toolbars and context menu items.

MailNull seems like a good service. Unfortunately, I couldn't get MailNull Now! v0.99 to work within the 10 minute limit I have for extensions I don't really need. Dialog appears but click on "submit" does nothing. Logging in to MailNull through their site and trying it makes no difference. WinXP Pro SP2 FF188.8.131.52
Uninstalling, I notice there's no icon for the extension in Add-ons manager which makes me wonder if there may be something wrong with the install package.

I'm in love...again Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas
I've just installed v0.0.2.9 and the problem appears to have been rectified. Not only that but a couple of buttons which hadn't worked since v0.0.2a are again functional. I still think extensions ought to be well tested before being released and Custom Buttons2 code ought to be left in Custom Buttons2 but am, once again, happy as the proverbial pig with Custom Buttons. Thank you.
A few months ago, I "upgraded" from the original Custom Buttons, by Yan, to Custom Buttons2. Finding it conflicted with three or four extensions and broke a few buttons, I switched to v0.0.2.6 of this extension. All has been well until an update to v0.0.2.7 caused the Custom Buttons menu to popup on right or shift+right clicks which already had functions assigned. Worse, in some instances , a box, labelled "Custom Buttons", with the menu as sub-menu" was appearing. I switched back to v0.0.2.6.
Reading that v0.0.2.8 had fixed the problem, I installed it and not only has it not fixed the problem but several of my buttons have just disappeared.
I don't know if this results from the developers attempting to incorporate what someone on the Custom Buttons2 forum referred to as a "zoo of code" or they've managed to mess it up on their own but I wish projects that belonged in the Sandbox or, better yet, on the developer's machines were left there until ready for release.
It is refreshing Puntuado con 5 de 5 estrellas
To find a nice, small, useful extension that doesn't appear to conflict with anything. Thank you.Esta valoración es de una versión anterior del complemento (0.1.7.0).
If you use Box.net Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas
You need this. Adds FTP capability to Box.net and makes using it soooo much more pleasant. If you use FireFTP, you'll be familiar with the interface. I'm amazed this is in the "sandbox" when so many useless and/or crappy extensions are "public".
Conflicts Puntuado con 2 de 5 estrellas
I've used the original "Custom Buttons", by Yan, since it was released and it's a great extension. I finally decided to "upgrade" and am a bit disappointed.
This version adds quite a few "bells and whistles", some of which may be useful. Unfortunately, it also breaks a couple of my buttons and conflicts with other extensions; two that I found are "DapperFox" and "StumbleUpon". I wasn't about to spend a whole lot of time researching this but, FWIW, the thing that convinced me to stay with the original version is that, with either of these and possibly others installed, you're unable to add new buttons, at least by clicking a link for an existing button.
If the problems were resolved and there were an option to hide unused menu items, this'd be a "10".
I hate that Puntuado con 2 de 5 estrellas
This looks like a great extension, for ebay users, and ought to be rated an "eight" or "nine". I knocked six off 'cause there's nothing in the extension's description and I had to go through the service's site, with the proverbial "fine tooth comb" to find out it's a PAID service...this in spite of the first line, of their description, reading: "myibay is a Free managing tool for eBay auctions".
I have nothing against paid services and nothing against extensions supporting paid services. What I do have is something against service providers and extension authors who aren't upfront and/or are otherwise misleading...especially those who want me to trust them with my ebay account information.
Works For Me Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas
I've used it for ages with no problems and, after updating to FF v184.108.40.206, still have no problems...in spite of having 140 extensions installed.Esta valoración es de una versión anterior del complemento (0.4.1).
It should be great but... Puntuado con 2 de 5 estrellas
Synchronizing your bookmarks with a web server and having access to them from anywhere you have an 'net connection is great BUT, as has been mentioned, the server is so often "overwhelmed" it's, pretty much, useless.
The option to use your own server is there but not of as much benefit as it would be if Foxmarks were to provide the web interface...voluntarily, I mean.
Personally, I use the status bar icon so don't really care about the "Bookmarks" vs "Tools" issue but, for those who do, may I suggest you install "Menu Editor", which you ought to have anyway, and put it wherever you like.
Pretty Good Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas
Seems to work OK, after restarting Firefox, and doesn't appear to cause any problems. My only complaint is it's, unnecessarily, "bulky". Having a separate "Add New Account" button, when it's already in the "Credentials Manager" is redundant at best and three items, on an already crowded context menu, is almost reason enough to dump it. If it weren't for "Menu Manager", I would've.
Flakey Puntuado con 2 de 5 estrellas
Dialogue opens, with selection, but doesn't submit. Another ten minutes wasted. 8-(
OK, managed to get it working...sort of. The pop up, with the selected text, couldn't be resized to see the "Create" button, without using "Resize Enable". Once that was done, the submission worked and the remainder of the features...arrange, create PDF et cetera were OK.
This is a good concept and, I think, has potential but, at the moment, the interface is too "clunky", for my liking.
That's odd. Puntuado con 2 de 5 estrellas
For some reason, the extension installed from AMO didn't get past the point of "loading..." while it works fine when installed from the Feedxi site.
Appears to be a handy extension and service, for those of us who are "infoholics", and would deserve a rating of 7 or 8 if it worked, I mean.
On the right track. Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas
V0.2.1 is an improvement. I prefer toolbar buttons to menu items but Custom Buttons https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2707 comes to the rescue...again and makes this a non-issue. The new selection method is much better but, to be perfect, it has to be click and drag to select.
Seems to work and doesn't appear to cause any problems. I'd prefer a toolbar button, as opposed to the "Tools" menu item, to be able to select whatever areas I chose, as opposed to the "predefined" areas offered and the option of opening in a new tab would be nice. The author's on the right track though and I think this would be quite useful.
Saves a click. Puntuado con 3 de 5 estrellas
Seems to work and doesn't appear to cause any problems. Basically, once it's set up for the site, it saves having to click the "submit" button which would be the case if you were using Firefox's built-in passwords feature. Worthwhile, I guess, if you visit a lot of sites that require a login.
