Old version would show up in the downloads window, which made perfect sense. Now, you have no idea the status of the download or if it even started unless you constantly go back up and click on the icon and check, or if you open the downloads in another tab, not sure why anyone would want to have to do this. The downloader still works great, but removing the download from the ACTUAL DOWNLOAD WINDOW that pops up with any other download was a very idiotic move.
Firefox 57 and later supports only WebExtension-based addons and force download via browser option is available only for scoring videos via menu in AVD popup. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding.
Please note that Native Application is required for downloading streaming video. In case of any problems with downloading please provide the link to the video you trying to download to our support here: https://www.ant.com/support_form
Was good, but then an update broke it, at least for me. Can't reliably download anything anymore, most things get corrupted, or end up audio only. Contacted support when it started and they just told me to use the "force download via web browser" option, which isn't an option on videos with separate audio and video.
Please note that "force download via web browser" option is available only for single file video type. Please contact to our support with more details and link to the problem video: https://www.ant.com/support_form
