Fix for misaligned Min-Max-Close buttons and some others Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

This is a great extension for saving vertical space on screen, and styling. A must have for laptop screens, especially used along with Tiny Menu or other menu shrinking addons.

Since 2.7.1 version the major issues caused by the changes in the browser UI after FF 12.0a1, has been solved. The only thing still around is making Min-Max-Close buttons to act as part of the upper bars, especially for fullscreen, but the solution provided is satisfactory. Also it seems the impact on the performance of the browser has been reduced, and the issue of the occasionally appearing buggy double upper bar has vanished.

Anyway if you still use (or actually get) the system buttons preference with the latests HCTP versions you may be still getting Min-Max-Close buttons misalignments problems (began with 2.6.0), I've made a userstyle to solve this, and also included some other small fixes (Stylish needed):

This extension should be part of FF, or at least FF developers should pave the way for his author, to achieve the smooth integration this extension deserves to be absolutely great.

To 1nvisibleMan:
You can achieve that with Stylish, create a new style in Addon Manager/Styles with the following lines (or add the second line to ..\your_FF_profile\userchrome.css):

@namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul);
#hcp-web-title-label-stbar{font-weight: normal !important}

The last 2.7.1 version (see complete versions list) has solved all major issues since the changes in the user interface of the browser on FF 12, interfered with this extension. The only thing still around this issue is making Min-Max-Close buttons to act as part of the fullscreen hidding upper bars, but 2.7.1 deals with this in a satisfactory way.
The other main issue about this extension is (as always has been) that it slows down Firefox a bit, but this version seems to be faster than previous ones.

This extension functionality should be part of FF, or at least FF developers should pave the way for his author, so that maybe we'd see the smooth integration this extension deserves to be absolutely great.

Fix for bug: misaligned Min-Max-Close buttons Puntuado con 4 de 5 estrellas

This is a great extension for saving vertical space on screen, especially for laptops where it is a must have, and also for styling Firefox. However it has some downsides:

- It slows down Firefox a bit.

- The second is about the way it redraws windows, because HCTP is doing it unlike how other extensions and userstyles (with Stylish) behave, applying in such a way new windows open with them applied. This behavior causes problems sometimes https://code.google.com/p/firefox-hide-caption-titlebar-plus/issues/detail?id=191&colspec=ID%20Type%20Status%20Priority%20Modified%20Summary&start=100#hc1

- After the changes imposed by the new Firefox UI since version 12 (as seen in this addon description for version 2.6.0), a bug with Min-Max-Close button box have appeared https://code.google.com/p/firefox-hide-caption-titlebar-plus/issues/detail?id=197&thanks=197&ts=1337746512, but I also have released a fix for it (Stylish needed):
