As noted in the FEBE FAQ (http://softwarebychuck.com/febe/febeFAQ.html#A20), most items can be restored manually.
There is also a thread in the FEBE Support Forum (http://www.customsoftwareconsult.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=593) that explains how to manually restore a full profile backup.
