Due to restrictions which were introduced in Firefox 53, it's unfortunately no longer possible to open epub files via drag/drop or via file explorer. For the same reason the private library is no longer available.

Continuing to check out whether this is related to FF file handling.

- por David Spector, el hace 5 mesesSe valoró con 4 de 5I first tried an extension by this name in Chrome, and it didn't work. Perhaps it was an old version. When I installed this addon in Firefox, it worked very nicely for local .epub files (competitive with other readers). One limitation is that only the arrow keys move between pages, not space bar or page keys or giving a page number.

No, thanks. I can perfectly download epub files myself without leaking all browser activity to who knows who.
