Guys, it's been about six weeks since your last update regarding 19.1 being broken, and that you're working on a fix.

I'm aware that none of the competing down-loaders are able to rip at 720p at present either, so we're all in the same boat.

But you really need to communicate with users again now, or people are justifiably going to think you've just given up!

With no recent news, is it any surprise more and more people are posting one star reviews?
