There is absolutely no way to switch from Google to Bing in suggestions. Even if you changed it in about:config, it would still contact google dozens of times for one suggestion. If you do not like your every step to be tracked by Google, this extension is not for you.
Also, a bandwidth hog. It downloaded at least 1 MB for one suggestion. This is wastefull to say the least.
Wrong settings / explanation about bandwidth
Hi Faktor12, it seems you clicked on CyberSearch options and then changed the "search service" from Google to Bing - but please note, that this change doesnt take any effect to your search behavior, as you probably changed the search service in your "Keywords tab"! -> to change the search engine from Google to Bing just click on "CyberSearch Options" (in Tools) -> then click on the tab Behavior -> then change the default search engine from Google to Bing and click OK. After that change all your search requests will 100% send through & answered from Bing - there are 0% requests to Google after you changed that option in that way.
Also, the amount of traffic downloaded to deliver suggestions from Google is based on the fact, that with each keystroke your browser will ask Google for a result - then Google is answering your search query with a result page - to minimize Googles answers we request the data in mobile json format for you - but that answer is still about 150kb / per request - it's exactly the same amout of bandwidth you would produce, if you use Google directly with Google Instant enabled, sorry!
We hope you still could enjoy CyberSearch in future, thanks for your feedback.
