ChatZilla 0.9.69.2 fixes /kick-ban with IP addresses, displays more modes in the header bar, adds some new commands (/knock, /map and /stats), and makes the default quit message configurable per-network. There is also a new option to move the userlist to the right-hand side, and you can now drag a user from the userlist to copy their nickname.
Fixes issues when changing tabs, a small bug in /dcc-accept and makes closing a network tab stop it from reconnecting, as well as correctly displaying your away message in the drop-down for channel views. Also added is a message to help notify users of when bug 291386 strikes (bug 319219 has more information).
Revision 0.9.68.3 fixes a problem with DCC file transfers introduced in 0.9.68.2, a bug that only occurs for really small files, plus welcome messages from IRC Services now always go to the right channel view.
Revision 0.9.68.2 fixes some problems with character encodings in DCC Chat, makes DCC File transfers use proper SI units, and finally adds 'conference mode' which lets you hide joins and parts in large channels.
Revision 0.9.68 fixes even more bugs than the last release, including a problem with linking spaces, IRC numeric 464, /commands with a pattern, user modes appearing on any tab, and the infamous internal error dispatching a sync-* command when changing motif. Additions to this version include showing your nickname in JOIN/PART lines, a confirmation on quit if you are connected, the /notice command, disconnect-all, /reconnect and /reconnect-all, the ability to save the current view. Changing character encoding now updates the topic, and there is a drop-down on the nickname label to set yourself away and change nick.
Revision 0.9.66 fixes some bugs with URL handling, a low-level IRC prefix bug, and /leave for non-ASCII channels. The userlist away status now also makes entries italic to stand out better, and has been fixed to work on older Mozilla versions. /squery has also been fixed, and /cancel should function during the delay between connection attempts. /stalk now lists all your stalk words, as it was supposed to! The automatic whois data when a query view opens now goes to the query view instead of all over your channel view, and focus is put back into the input box when clicking links. Bugzilla Bug# links have been updated to use HTTPS by default, and finally we have much improved logging by separating logs by network, and including (configurably, of course) the current date in the log file name. There's also a new plugin API, but old plugins should continue to work.
Revision 0.9.64g fixes regressions found in 0.9.64f, such as /kick not working, and the userlist context menu. The excessive memory usage experience by some people has also been fixed. Various smaller fixes have also been made, including CTCP TIME replies being encoded properly, /who and /cancel work properly, and other internal error handling improvements. This version adds the /links, /motd and /raw commands, and displays unknown channel user modes in the userlist (and sorts it correctly for these modes).
Revision 0.9.64f adds SSL (secure connection) support (/sslserver), visible away status in the userlist, and encoded nicknames (thanks to JustinArthur and Toast of #chatzilla for the first two, respectively). DCC has got a set of improvements, including tabs created for file transfers with progress bars, and a much easier way to accept/decline DCC offers (you'll have to try it to see). Long lines of text (over about 400 characters) are split automatically now, so long messages will get through without any loss. Tab-completion no longer forces your text into lower-case when it only partially matches, instead it uses the case of the first partial-match and, finally, the 'query start' sound is no longer played when you do /query.
Revision 0.9.64e fixes the 'sync-headers' message coming up when you disconnect, adds more emoticon matching, fixes it so it no longer thinks 'BD' and '80' are emoticons, reduced the console spew a bit, improved the frame loading so new views open a little faster, fixes the message context menu which incorrectly had some items disabled occasionally, and allows proper localisation of the output window.
Revision 0.9.64d fixes a major Pref Manager regression in 0.9.64c which caused a whole number of issues, like preferences not taking effect until restart, and a completely broken multiline-mode. Middle-clicking a tab now hides it, and a minor bug has been fixed so half-ops get a '%' by their nickname next to the input box. The tabs no longer stretch to fill the available space, but still compress to fit them all in - using a (hopefully) better algorithm. Finally, a completely new set of emoticons have been included, thanks to Lim Chee Aun of phoenity.com.
Revision 0.9.64c adds a 15 second delay to reconnecting, and speeds up joining many channels. Support for CLIENTINFO has been improved, now including individual command information. The tabs now act more like the tab-browser, by stretching and squashing to fit. Also, malformed aliases no longer break startup, and the helpful popup in the preferences window doesn't block input. A bug with channel-links in DCC Chat views is also fixed.
