Search for a loan, a tax, a date or a conversion and the matching CalculatorLib calculator opens right beside the results, with the numbers from your query already filled in. No new tab, no retyping.

What you get
- Works on Google and Bing as soon as you install it. Five more search engines can be switched on in Settings, and each one asks permission for that site alone.
- 8,000+ calculators in 19 languages, covering everything from mortgages and tax to unit conversions and date arithmetic.
- Sidebar: browse the whole library, see your recent and pinned tools, and keep your last values for each one.
- Type calculator in the address bar, or right-click any selected text, to open the matching tool.
- "Open on the site" carries your inputs, so the full page opens on the same calculation.

Privacy by design
- Matching happens on your device, against an index stored inside the extension. Only when a search looks like a calculation and nothing matches on your device is the search text sent to calculatorlib.com to find the right tool — and you can switch that off in Settings.
- The extension reads only the query on search-results pages of the engines you enabled. Nothing else, no other pages.
- No ads, no affiliate links, no tracking. Usage statistics are off unless you turn them on.
- Sign-in is optional: it adds sync, a longer history and no daily limit. Everything works signed out.
