Fixed

The age heatmap could fail to render at all, or only render for the
beginning of an article, because CSS background-color on a token span
doesn't paint behind block-level content (paragraphs, figures, tables)
that WikiWho sometimes nests inside it. The color is now propagated to
those descendants too.
Token age was being looked up per editor instead of per token, so every
passage from a given editor showed the same (arbitrary) color instead of
its own age.
The yellow hover-highlight on active tokens had become invisible, hidden
behind the new heatmap coloring.
