por Sarah S, hace 10 mesesDoes not recognize many common words - especially names, scientific terms, and loan words from other languages. This would be fine if it happened occassionally, but it happens *constantly* and with plenty of words that aren't names or loan words.
Additionaly, almost every time it's given me a grammar recommendation, it's been wrong. There is no way to tell it that a suggestion is incorrect - the only option is to disable the rule entirely.
I thought I had gotten this spellchecker specifically because it wasn't AI (that's why I stopped using Grammarly). Another review mentioned that the AI label only appears in the extension name after you install it, so I'd guess that's what happened and it took me a while to notice.
Overall, poor quality and deceptive.

There are tons of extensions that do the same thing. This generic excuse of yours doesn’t fly with people over 30 who grew up using everything for free on the internet. And no one wants your st00pid AI. We’re tired of AI; we need a tool that actually checks language according to established language standards.

ça peut encore le faire.
Mais passée à un modèle payant en se justifiant par des fonctionnalités peu utile aux utilisateurs de base et recourant à une "pseudo IA" que n'importe quel autre modèle gratuit et grand public dépasse largement et le tout en collectant encore plus de données...

I'll be switching to another spellchecker, even if that's just typing everything in LibreOffice first and pasting it over.

Now it is useless for me, I can not afford to pay for this, I will be removing this add-on and putting on my list of not to ever add again, this will also be for the Learneo Services, because they will drop you like they just did with this add-on.

Although it wasn't perfect and I had to add a lot of words to the dictionary, it still did its job.
But after they made it completely paid, it became absolutely useless.
