やりたかったことが完璧にできました。拡張機能をクリックしてキーワードを入力し、拡張機能の設定から適用するURLを入力することで機能しました。テストモードにすると消す要素が緑枠で表示されるので問題なければテストモードのチェックを外してページを更新(F5)してください。

It works flawlessly on Android & Computer

There is nowhere to enter keywords to hide elements. I select Options or Manage and it takes me to the same thing that has Details, Options, Permissions. None of these has a place to enter keywords. Element Hider does not appear in my toolbar or right-click menu. I cannot find any way to use it.

I'm sick of seeing Trump and Musk in new articles. I added their names to this extension. Now my screen contains no depressing Trump/Musk articles when reading news websites. It works perfectly!
