Direct Attachment lets you transfer a photo from your phone to an upload field in your browser.

Click the Direct Attachment toolbar icon to enable it only in the current tab. When you select a file upload field, the extension displays a QR code. Scan it with your phone, take or select a photo, and confirm the transfer.

The photo is encrypted end-to-end before leaving your phone. The relay server only handles encrypted bytes and never receives the decryption key. Sessions are temporary, single-use, and expire quickly.

Direct Attachment only runs after you explicitly enable it for a tab. It does not access your browsing history, inject advertisements, or build user profiles.

On Firefox, the extension delivers the received photo through drag-and-drop when supported by the website and also provides a download fallback.
