Sobre esta extensión
Container Tab Groups is a Firefox extension that brings order and clarity to your browsing sessions by automatically grouping tabs according to the Multi‑Account Containers you’ve set up. As soon as you open or switch to a tab in a given container, the extension creates (or updates) a corresponding group, labels it with the container’s name and icon, and applies the exact color you’ve assigned—so your workspaces stay visually consistent and instantly recognizable.
Behind the scenes, Container Tab Groups listens for tab events in real time (opening, closing, moving, reloading) and reorganizes your Tab Groups pane without any manual effort. You’ll never again lose track of which tabs belong to “Work,” “Personal,” “Shopping” or any other context you rely on—each container’s tabs live together, and as you navigate between projects or interests, your groups adapt automatically.
The extension also gives you fine‑grained control over its behavior. From the Options page you can toggle automatic grouping on or off, decide whether tabs in the “No Container” (default) context should form their own group or remain ungrouped, and switch the interface language between English and Spanish. Everything is designed to work immediately after installation, with no additional setup, but you can tailor the experience if your workflow demands it.
Built on Firefox’s Tab Groups and Containers APIs, Container Tab Groups is lightweight, performant and privacy‑focused—no tracking, no data collection permissions beyond the bare minimum. Whether you juggle dozens of tabs for work, research multiple topics at once, or just crave a neater browser UI, this extension keeps your containers and tab groups perfectly in sync so you can focus on what matters. Simply install, and let Container Tab Groups do the organizing for you.
