Tab Count to InfluxDB por sly

Periodically send the number of open tabs across all windows to an InfluxDB server's HTTP API using POST requests and the InfluxDB Line Protocol. The interval seems to set the minimum time between two submissions to InfluxDB. It doesn't seem to send anything when the tab count has not changed. It works well enough I would say..
