Search That trades the usual new-tab dashboard for a single field with the cursor already blinking in it. Type, press Enter, and the query goes to search-that.com. Your address bar behaves the same way, so there is only one place your searches end up.

One field, nothing behind it

The page draws a logo, an input, and a language picker. No feed to scroll past, no tile grid to rearrange, no sponsored row that shifts under the pointer just as you aim at it. Nothing else is on the page, so nothing else has to be fetched to render it.

Thirty-three languages, each paired with a region

Choose an interface language and the extension pairs it with the matching search region, so a query typed in Portuguese comes back weighted toward Portuguese-language results instead of translated English ones. On first run the pairing is read from your browser's own language setting. Change it from the picker and the choice sticks — including for searches you start in the address bar, which inherit the same region without you doing anything.

Follows the theme you already picked

Light and dark both ship with the extension and follow the operating system, second logo included — drawn for dark backgrounds rather than dimmed into them. Switching at dusk changes the page and nothing else.

What it can reach

Two permissions, and what each one is for:

• Storage — holds your language choice between sessions. One setting, kept on your machine.
• Tabs — lets the extension attach the region parameter to a search you started in the address bar.

No host permissions for any site, no remote scripts, no analytics endpoint, no telemetry of any kind. This add-on does not read, keep, or transmit your browsing history or your queries.
