A basic add-on to pipeline firefox.
This add-on is not compatible with your version of Thunderbird because of the following:
This add-on works as it's suppose to. It's easy to use and great for browsing history privacy. :)
I would give it five stars, but there's a slight problem or at least I find it to be a slight problem. When I search for something when it finds the first hit it immediately places the caret at the beginning of the text. It's very frustrating, especially when I'm searing for a word that starts with a vowel. It then becomes impossible to search for the word.
Love the add-on, very useful when switching to my development profile.
Can you add an option to enable opening a profile in Nightly or Aurora
Love the add-on. I have been using it since I found it a few years ago, but do you think you can make it restartless? I find it annoying to restart the browser after installing add-ons (not a inhibitor, just annoying). This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.1). I've gone through several different converter and download add-ons before this one.
I have been using this since close to it's release date. It's simply the best converter and downloader there is, fairly good speed - even with the wait time.
The only problem that I have with it is that when listening to a YouTube song, when the song changes it doesn't re-add the MP3 tab into the page.
Fantastic Add-on, I've used it for quite a long time. One thing that I dislike is the old drop menu options. I don't us the toolbar for it, so I use the drop menu. However, I feel this is a little slow because it's just a bland, single column list with no icons to quickly identify the menu options so I tend to miss the one I'm looking for. Why not make it more like the Chrome edition, with the Firefox SDK it makes it easy to use "panels", so you can make the interface more Chrome-like using HTML files in the panel. Plus then it would be restart-less since it would be adding things programmatically, instead of through XUL overlays.
It's definitely a must have! However, in Firefox 22 the search engine icon is super large. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0). This user has other reviews of this add-on.
Love the add-on, and I love it more since it was updated to fix searching with the selected search engine.
It gives so much more room with the single search/[go to]. This is by far one of my most favorite add-ons. It rivals the Google Chrome Omnibar and it's much better than the Firefox add-on Omnibar since you don't have to type the @[engine] to specify a search. :)
"GreaseMonkey user scripts are great, but you need to publish them somewhere and re-publish after making modifications. With dotjs, just add or edit files in ~/.js."
You do realize you can create and edit Greasemonkey scripts for your computer without publishing or re-publishing, it's not required to do so. Greasemonkey has much more support and an easy to use API.
Needs Firefox 20 support.
It is very bad styles on the Firefox native developer tools. Needs full support for FF 20. Other wise I love the concept, but until those things are fixed (especially styling the native developer tools) I'll just leave it disabled.
Why not have an option to log the updated text with a time stamped in a file based on each page? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.1.10).
Very good add-on to have. FireSSH and FireFTP cuts the need of individual program like Putty and WinSCP or FileZilla. Being able to do everything in one window is very handy, no more jumping around from program to program. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.92.2).
Love this add-on, it gives me back so much space. It deserves a 5/5. I, however, give it a 4/5 due to this one problem that I feel is a major issue.
- Changing the search engines doesn't change unless the browser restarts, then it'll use the selected search engine. Then to change it back you have to re-select the other search engine and restart again.
Five stars indefinitely! However, when I scroll down sometimes Under the HTML inspecting for the CSS side, Firebug likes to force the scroll bar back to the top no matter how many times I scroll down. Is there a way around this? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.8.3). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Overall, a solid 4/5 stars. My biggest thing that I can tell that I don't like, when playing an embed video such as Youtube or w/e if you open it in a new window while it's playing it reloads it, causing it to start from the beginning. I'd like it to transition to a new window smoothly while still playing. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.8).
Just started using it, something I noticed though, when it loaded the CSS it removed the CSS for chrome/safari & opera.. I dislike that a lot.
This is a really good add-on for several repetitive things that gets annoying or takes a long time to do. Thanks and keep up the good work. =3This review is for a previous version of the add-on (126.96.36.199).
This is a great add-on for minor tasks or anything else for that matter! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52).
