I am a volunteer IT support technician for non-profit organizations I'm great at getting a computer to last for 10 years, and putting together high-end systems for almost nothing.

The default back button appears to be missing (blank spot on the toolbar.) But it's fixable in Cyberfox by enabling "Moveable Back-Forward" button" under Customize Cyberfox.
Love this theme. Doesn't mess with my interface too much but adds super-cute buttons. I can also still recognize the buttons so I'm not lost when I first install it.
A theme like this is essential for Cyberfox because some of the greyed out text is so light that it's illegible. Not sure why they did this.
Used to work great but the latest version (3.4.2) doesn't allow me to right click on a link and mark or unmark it. You now have to drag-select the link's text and then right click on it to enable the options for individual links. Not good.
...I take it back! didn't see "Toggle Visited Status" option much further up on the context menu -- not anywhere near the "Mark Links" sub menu. Back to 5 stars. Sorry.
Works great in Firefox 25.01. You're a life saver. I don't know what Mozilla was thinking when they got rid of the Ctrl+Tab-search feature. Their search function in tab groups is useless when you have 100+ tabs open. You made Firefox usable again.
I'm impressed. This add-on has gotten even better since I last tried it. More features, and no UI issues or compatibility problems with All-in-one Sidebar. Very responsive developer!
Be sure to check out what happens when you select the option: "Open 'Find-in-all-tabs' in a separate windows." It searches through all your active tabs at once, and shows you where each hit is. If you have a lot of tabs open, or a lot of data you're working on this is incredible.
I do wish it would search the tab titles so I don't need Tabhunter. But I'm not complaining!
I'm using it in all my profiles now. Thanks!
No problems with crashing but... It doesn't change the default bookmark folder in the pop-up dialogue or the one-click Bookmark link. I thought that was the main purpose of this extension. There really is no other use for it. (Firefox 24.)
I can add bookmarks to folders in one click without this addon. I added my preferred folder to the Bookmarks Toolbar and enabled it. Now I just drag any link or Tab to that folder. You can also drag it to the bookmark button and it will open folders as you pause on them. Alternately, you can open the bookmarks sidebar to drop a lot of links, and organize them.
Just what I needed. I would rather have something that modifies all white backgrounds only, but for now this will do. I like the fact that I can simply click a button to turn default styles back on when I can't see background images. Firefox/Cyberfox 33.
(Alternative: "I hate white" userscript -- works 50% of the time. If anyone knows of another please post it.) (Alternative2: The "Toolbar buttons" extension has a Toggle colours button.) Compatible with Firefox 33.
I'm impressed. All the little details are included such as mailto: protocol only linking to one account, and allowing you to set some accounts to notify and others not to. It even has an option to disable the context menu options for less clutter.
Took me a while to figure out how to get automatic logins to work. I had "Clear History" turned on and inside I had "Saved passwords" checked. Untick that and you don't even need Firefox to remember your passwords. It will remember you without that option (clearing Cookies and Active logins is OK too.)
Works great. Thank you! I almost uninstalled, though, because I couldn't find the search field. It's tucked away on the black tool bar. It says "Search + Share" which lead me to believe it was a combined button that had something to do with Google+. I avoid any + signs on Google like the plague! Also the buttons are not combined as it appears.
Thanks for the detailed documentation too!
Excellent. Worked perfectly. Just the ticket if you don't need the extra features of TabMix Plus and you often search from your location bar. (FFx v16.0.2)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.2012112401).
Very nice idea and good customization options. Very nice that you can keep some icons unhidden by increasing the minimum size. Worked fine in Firefox 16 for me.
It isn't useful to me, though, unless I can maximize the addon bar to it's full width when clicking the arrow. I moved my url box down to the Addon bar so I can hide my address bar (since FFx won't let you move certain status icons.) With this extension my url is completely hidden and there's no way to show it. In addition, I have no way to Search from the url box (using Omnibar.) I will look for an autohide extension instead. But Thank you!
At last! Highlight-All is enabled, the Findbar and Quick Search bar are in synch, and F3 works in both.
Problems with the sidebar locking up when AIOS sidebar is on the right. It must be placed on the left. If this conflicts with Windows taskbar for anyone see bug report for a fix https://github.com/Quicksaver/FindBar-Tweak/issues/11#issuecomment-9797040
With a lot of tabs open the tabs run off the screen when AIOS is open, and placed on the LEFT side. But they fall back into place when the sidebar is closed so this a minor issue for me.
Author is very responsive and attentive. Nice guy!
For those who don't speak Chinese, this addon puts all of your addon bar's (status bar) icons in the urlbar (not the toolbar!), effectively replacing your url if you have a lot. It then hides your addon bar giving a little more screen space. However, the urlbar will be a bit bigger (the same size as when large icons are turned on.) He also says to turn off the icon text through your customize-toolbar options.
It displays EVERYTHING that the status bar does including notifications and download status. Works well with Status-4-Evar addon (or statusbar options for Palemoon users.)
I've been asking Santa Clause to send this addon for years! Apparently I was a very bad girl until now. :-) The "Toolbar Buttons" addon is a must-have for me but it's quite a PITA finding what you need without this addon.
This extension also makes your life a breeze when trying out new extensions. No more hunting and guessing whether it offers a toolbar icon. It's usually the last icon in the box. When in doubt, do a quick text search to be sure you're not overlooking it.
I love the sort options too... Heck, I just LOVE this addon! Thank you!
All page loading, and even scrolling previously opened pages, hesitates for a second. Some clicked actions in Firefox do the same thing. It all returns to normal when Greasefire is Disabled. We need a checkbox to disable Greasefire scanning until we're ready to use it. Restarting to Enable, then again to Disable sucks.
I really love this addon and am excited that both GM and this still work so well with Firefox 12. However, I'll be running with it Disabled mostly.
Forces "All-in-One Sidebar" to be next to it no matter which side I select. I want tabs on one side, All-in-One on the other. Tried changing options in both addons. I suspect this is true for any sidebar extension.
Also, options buttons just opens a new page instead of a settings popup. Not a big deal but it's pretty confusing when my addon configurations are in the sidebar (All-in-one Sibebar again.)
I like the simplicity and speed though! Hope I can use it soon.
v5.0 is all messed up now. v4.0+ won't clip at all in FFx 9+. That version was perfect at last!
1. The clipper used to respect my font settings in the Evernote client. Now it only either clips in Serif or Sans-Serif depending on what I have my browser fonts set to. It won't respect my font size -- neither my Browser's nor Evernote's. I Can't read the tiny text it uses. The various Webclip options have no affect. Manually editing fonts for now. :-(
Update: Workaround - Ctrl+Alt+V pastes to Evernote from the clipboard -- and keeps Evernote's font settings! The disadvantage is that you don't keep the Webpage formatting when you copy an entire page, but you do get all the links, images, and the source url is correct. So...
Entire Webpage - Ctrl+A >> Ctrl+C >> Ctrl+Alt+V
Selection only - Select the content >> Ctrl+C >> Ctrl+Alt+V
2. I have found page formats used to come out much better when clipped to the web instead of the desktop. But now it won't clip to the Web at all. Just a blank box that hangs there after I log in. It also won't search my notes -- it just spins (waiting) forever. I have a fast 100Mb connection. I will submit support tickets too.
Update: Upon Tech Support's advice I set FFx to allow third party cookies. Sending notes to Evernote Web works then. However, third party cookies are an invasion of my privacy. Setting a cookie exception for Evernote works too, but when I have my browser set to delete cookies on restart it does not keep the exception. This was not necessary before, and IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION.
Thanks for the hard work, but I may regress to an older Firefox and Webclipper 4.0 now.
UnloadTab is the "Up & Coming" answer to Firefox 8! I am thrilled that Mozilla finally listened to our howls about memory overload when feeding our multi-tab addiction. But still no ability to unload old tabs. Voila! -- "UnloadTab."
Bartab was working for me with FFx 7. However, when I upgraded to FFx 9 I was out of luck. I enabled it with Add-on Compatibility Reporter. But, alas, no options button in Bartab. Hunh???
So thanks for the great years of service, Bartab! 5 stars for our time together. It's been great.
Update: UnloadTab does not seem to free up memory when the tabs are unloaded. Not sure what's going on there.
To "Another1": No Squint is indeed excellent for reading a large LCD/LED screen across the room. Love it!
Tips: In your video options, lower the resolution to something like 1280x720. Change it to 1080i instead of 1080p (otherwise known as interlaced instead of progressive.) Make sure Clear Type Tuning is turned on in Windows.
I surf on my large screen LCD from 10 feet away all day long!
Not clear whether the bogus firstname.lastname@example.org emails addresses are added to our Google account. These are my phone contacts! I don't need a bunch of junk messing up 100's of contacts. Too much work to risk it. I loved this addon before. Too bad. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.3).
I don't get it with the updates. In some profiles (I have a bunch) Greasefire gives a "compatibility update" which seems to make it compatible with Firefox again (3.6.15,) but it's not through Mozilla updates. I'm certainly not complaining because it works again! Why no version changes here though? Strange, but I'm a happy camper. One of the many addons keeping me from FF 4.0!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.4). This user has other reviews of this add-on.
