Last update broke something for me Rated 5 out of 5 stars
fwiw/fyc/jic: For me, the latest update (Feb 03 v0.9.8.36) broke the addon for me. i began experiencing persistent browser window flickers, tabbed pages drastically slowed down (practically unusable), and noticed gradual large incremental RAM usage increases. Disabling the addon eliminated the problem immediately for me (RAM cleared up with a browser restart). Prior to that, i'd been using the addon with no problem, with the same additional other addons. Basically reporting this in case others experience it and to make the author aware. I experienced it with browser version 43 initially, but still when updated to v44 now as well. Thanks. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.8.36).
Very nifty! (and "No Restart"!) Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thanks for a very nifty addon! The capture feature is unique in my experience with reverse image searching & works nicely. Luv that's it "No Restart" too!
Easily a 5star addon.
(considering the name, are there any plans to add Google Image as an option?!)
One question about the "capture" feature: should there be a way for a member of TinEye to save captures made with the addon to their TinEye account? Each time i've done a capture, it opens to TinEye's website with the capture, but says i have to login in order to save it --even with having already logged-in in another open tab prior to doing a capture using the addon? i've not been able to figure out how to do a save of a capture? It would be even niftier if that was an added feature!?
**edit to add**
The developer posted this regarding my inquiry on how to perform a capture instead of using a url even when the url is available:
"Just place your mouse outside the image area, when capturing item appears, select it and then use this option to capture the image instead of sending its URL."
(Jeremy, perhaps you'd want to include that in your description instructions for the addon? Meanwhile, thank's for the personal instruction & including that option with the addon!)
now working for me* ? Rated 1 out of 5 stars
If i'm understanding the function of the addon correctly, it's not working for me with my setup*. I'm assuming that by "the search bar" we're talking about the default Search pane in the default Main toolbar, correct?
To test it, I typed in a search term in the pane while on the Moz Add-ons page open in a tab. When i clicked enter, the search opened in this same tab instead of a new tab. Any ideas?
Meanwhile, i went into about:config to: browser.search.openintab --and changed the default "false" to "true" and since, my search results open in a new tab. ?
* i'm using 41 other addons, but none of which are Search feature specific/focused (that i'm aware of); plus i'm running Cyberfox x64 v42.0.1 (fwiw, of my other addons i've found zero issues due to Cyberfox --thanks)
Looks promising... Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I like what I see with the addon, but as already reported, it presently (2015.02.14) messes with the Menu in Firefox 36. Instead of the Menu dropping down fully, only a minor part of it displays. Quick as I disabled Switchy (thanks for making it restartless!), the Menu displayed normally again.
*apologies if i overlooked a report location preference other than here*
Awesome + request Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is an awesome addon. #appreciation to the author!
Like another user here, I too would like to have more specific customizing options regarding individual buttons/icons appearing in the toolbar. Or perhaps at least a "wrap" option?
One reason for me is that 3 other addons that i use also place buttons in this toolbar on the top row. With those and this addon's buttons, in order to view them all I have to have a impractically wide Compose window open. Narrowing the window results in some buttons being non-accessible. There's additional room in the second row at least, but it can't be accessed or customized etc (hence, a "wrap" option might help?).
Thanks again for an awesome addon & consideration of our requests!
[btw, fwiw i'm running Earlybird (Aurora) v35 & have found no issues--tho i've not used every one of the advanced options e.g. MathType]
Excellent! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
**update** (of prior version review)
Success!! Update version 3.4 makes Search Site addon work again for me with Ffox v 24(beta)!! Excellent.
Highly recommended addon (and developer!)
broken with Ffox v24 ? Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Nifty idea, but unfortunately it breaks with Ffox v24(beta). When i click the icon, the expected popup balloon opens (to the default "Arrows" options). When I click on the dropdown character option button the popup goes totally blank. Nothing in the popup balloon, it's empty, and it stays that way when reopened.
I tried reinstalling it and sure enough, the Arrows option displayed, but clicking the dropdown selection option resulted in yet another blank/empty popup. :-(
(two stars = one for the idea & another that it's restartless!)
==review update - version 0.2.11== Rated 5 out of 5 stars
...as of version 0.2.11 (2012-07-11), VTb is back to viewable for me with Ffox 16.0a1 (2012-07-11)!
kudos for the quick & timely update of a nice addon --especially for wide screen monitor users and/or multi-addon/button power users! :-)
(note: I don't use the "auto-hide" feature some have commented on, so can't say as to that specifically)

ditto confirmed @kar_ram: stopped working with Ff16.0a1 (several days/updates now) :(
5 stars for it when it did work! Thanx--
regarding Nightly builds Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I give this addon 5 stars because up until the past two days it was among my favorite tweaking addons. **Let me first note that the developer does not state that it should work with the Nightly (latest) builds**. So this is more of a headsup review. Because up until the past two days, for me it has worked flawlessly with Firefox versions 11 and 12.0a1. Now it doesn't crash or cripple Ffox, it simply no longer puts the toolbar up where it was putting it. Granted, a coming Nightly update may correct this, but for now it's mostly broken. I sure hope it can be fixed, either way!
Fantastic! Awesome! Thanks!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I can't begin to say enough about this addon; it's friggin' awesome!! Thank you DW-dev!!
Contrary to an earlier reviewer, I experienced no problems using it with Firefox v11.0a1 (and having about 47 other addons installed; running on Windohs XP).
[and coupled with NitroPDF and the option to Print To File, it's practically a no-brainer to get webpages as PDF files!]
Sweet! (+future feature?) Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Sweet add-on! I count it among my most fav ones. (I was spoiled by having the "Highlight Text" addon that's since, no longer supported)
feature request: ability to customize colors (Highlight Text had this) :^)
issue: on occasion, after I've selected a section of text, then click Highlighter, the highlight extends beyond the precise selected text; undoing it and selecting/clicking it results in the identical behavior.
caveat: I occasionally drag'n'drop text from a webpage, so it could be occurring with those; I'll have to monitor it further; [apologies if I missed the "support section" for issues]
Again, nice add-on! I appreciate it!!

Kudos for including the ability to Rotate * and for informing me how to do that! *
Any chance of getting a Rotate button(s) added in like the Zoom ones? :-) Thanks~
I highly recommend this addon! A "must have" for image emails.
Nice addon-- but... Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I liked this addon immensely with Ffox 3.6 (5 stars) --but it appears to need a mod for 4.0. I tested it with a compatibility over-ride, and while it basically worked at preventing tab loading, it totally disabled the closed tabs feature (of TabMixPlus and SessionsManager addons), which it didn't with 3.6. Also, when trying to load unloaded tabs, rather than display the tab info, it shows "New Tab" instead (you can get back to the tab via the rt click drop down menu option).
I NEED this addon!! lol. Here's to hoping to get a mod for it quickly!? --thanks

Any possibility/plans to make this Work with: Thunderbird (email) as well?! Please, please?! ;-)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.4).
among my favorites (w/one request) Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Being at that stage in my life where getting regular pictures of my grand kids via email happens, this has become one of my favorite addons. Nice work and most useful!
*As requested by others, having an option to rotate the images, or even better, to auto-rotate them in the slidehow, would make it all the better --seeing as how the present conflict of digital cameras using jpg EXIF metadata info for landscape vs portrait orientation is ongoing ;-)

** update **
In my first review I mentioned not being able to check out all the functions because of a hotkey conflict. Well, DOH! Apologies for not reading thoroughly enough!
***** And so an update to 5 stars here! ***** You can access the NumExt additional features via the "Tools" menu. Super! :)
A question I have now is: should NumExt save the colors assigned when Firefox is restarted? (if not, if possible, this would be a nice tweak)
Also, a nice feature would be the ability to hotkey to the last/end tab (for when more than 17 tabs are open). Even if the hotkey Alt+9 was designated for that tab (rather than 17). As I recall (?), Firefox designates Ctrl+9 to go to the last tab if more than 9 are open.
Thanks again for a very enjoyable addon! Apologies for any negative effect from my first post.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Great idea! I use scrollable tabs and was always finding myself having to count through them to connect the number each was --argh! Now this does it for me. Kewel! And I often have way more than 9 tabs open, so the option to at least hotkey to like 8 more of them is a bonus.
Like another post mentions, I would like to see a hyphen " - " after the number. Or perhaps either a "." or a " ) " or a combination e.g. 24.)
I'm sure with usage, this will be less of a factor but it still seems like an optimal idea.
Also, as a heads up, the hotkey needs to be customizable/user definable. Not only does Alt+X conflict for me, so does the only other option, Alt+Z. [Alt+X opens the install add-on window; Alt+Z opens the Sage add-on sidebar.]
Optimally, I'd prefer either a context or icon option. Hence why I could only give 4 stars --I can't get to the other options to try them. :(
Thanks for taking my feedback & for the helpful extension. :)

ditto what ben h-e said--
sweet! an improvement i can think of would be to increase the limit on the links it works on; seems it does up to 30 because there are many longer lists out there.
