Great extension but need to update the package Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This extension is great !
However the package available on the update manager is a bit outdated.
I've built the master branch from github and it solved some of my the issues I had.
Can you update the package ?
well done, needs some polish. Rated 4 out of 5 stars
There are some hiccups in the setup. The Wizard hangs on a "working..." dialog, but if you close the wizard window, everything still works. Keyboard navigation needs some work also.
Nie dla wszystkich Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Oddzielnie, poza folderem konta. Natomiast wszystkie inne foldery, jakie sobie ktoś utworzył znajdują się w folderach danego konta. Jeśli chcesz trzymać oddzielnie pocztę z różnych kont - np. służbową i prywatną osobno, a także jeśli sortujesz pocztę do odrębnych folderów - lepiej nie instaluj dodatku.
Uwaga: po deinstalacji - menu <widok> :: <foldery> :: <wszystkie> przywraca grupowanie folderów wg kont.

Just discovered it today so I haven't really used it that much yet, but from what I've seen I really like it!
As someone mentioned earlier, it seems like the first-run wizard never completed but after letting it run for a while I closed it and it seems to have worked just fine.
Working.... Rated 3 out of 5 stars
I just installed it.. The "assistant" is running..
Does the "working... " ever finish? It's been going on for an hour now..
Worked ok Rated 3 out of 5 stars
After uninstall you must set View->Folder->all
Destroy mail folder tree Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Destroys mail folder tree, leaves it after uninstall
Doesn't work well, Uninstall broken Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Didn't actually give me conversations, just the conversation view of individual messages. Left the folder structure messed up after uninstall.
Messages downloaded slowly or not at all Rated 2 out of 5 stars
My messages started to download so slowly I can't be sure if they downloaded
(Imap on Gmail, XP)
Messed up inbox after uninstall Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Uninstalling this plugin did not revert the changes it performed on my setup.
Inbox, Drafts, Templates and Sent folders are left in the root of my folder tree. Very unconfortable.
Don't try this add on on your main thunderbird setup / account.

Works really well. Finally Inbox and Sent-Folder together in one thread. Would like to have more CSS-style-options.
Used to work fine - no current support - probably dead Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Used this plugin for a couple of years and then it stopped loading conversations when Thunderbird was restarted. Many have this problem and it was never fixed. I would not recommend it as there are other existing problems. And it appears the plugin is not going to get any serious support.
The only solution is use TB's built in conversation mode. It's not bad. The plugin helped streamline it but you have to use what works and the plugin doesn't.
Stay away from Mailbird. I allowed myself to be sold on it and what a waste of money. I bought strictly to be able to use a better conversation mode since this plugin started failing but organizationally Mailbird was written by 12 year olds. It is not an email app for real business users. It lacks so many features it is laughable. And will not import IMAP accounts. This is a fair warning, you will regret it if you purchase.
Thunderbird is still the best email app around.
Made a train wreck out of my email Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I expected it to rearrange my email into threads/conversations. What I got was a mess that rearranged email and folders into a train wreck that could only be straightened out by uninstalling and reinstalling Thunderbird. Meaning all my filters... GONE! All my customization... GONE! Partially my fault as I didn't read the reviews prior to installing this POS.
No more support? Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Last update was May 25... The installer doesn't work anymore in 45.3 freezes at "working".
The tabs opened in a session, can't be viewed when you restart Thunderbird.
So sad seeing this proyect dying :(
Unusable Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Looked like it might help make things more organized, but actually did the opposite as it had the effect of taking a neat mess and splattering it all over the place like a toddler using an electric mixer on the cat's milk bowl. Had to uninstall it. It altered the layout for single messages that didn't have any conversation to them. It turned on Unified Inbox which means that a single message is no longer in a unique folder within its account but mixed in with a jumble of multiple things.
Better than other add-ons Rated 4 out of 5 stars
One of the good add-on from both a user and software developer perspective.
Would like the ability to source by newest in thread Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Conversations are handy; but, new responses can get buried.
If there were an option to toggle conversations to show up based on newest thread entry date instead of first, that would make it much easier to spot newly updated conversations.
Works as Promised Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I like the addon it does what it's supposed to but besides the big visual improvement, I don't really see the big advantage in comparison to the default Thunderbird view.
I'd like to have a FULL conversation view where I can use a Contacts window instead of the inbox window and see all the emails I got or exchanged with this specific email address when i click a contact.
Anyway work's as good as gmail and that is what it's supposed to do. Keep it up!
Sehr zufrieden - Really good! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thank you for this Add-on!
Can I specify a display format of a name? Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I am Japanese, and a name of address-book (in the thread panes) is usually displayed in order of last-name and first-name (e.g. Watanabe Ken).
However, in current version, the order looks like fixed as first-name and last-name (Ken Watanabe).
