Just another google image search addon

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Absolutely F#$%^&g BRILLIANT.
Installed it yesterday and spent all day (almost) today trying it out. I love it.

1-Click YouTube Video Download

Still no Big Red Download button. This used to be a great addon, I'm sure it still is, but I don't know since it isn't anywhere to be seen. I'm using Firefox 35.0.1.

Tile Tabs

Where is it? I installed it, re-started FF, clicked on Customize, and the icon was not there. Nothing for me to drag to the area I wanted to place it.

FastestFox - Browse Faster

Decent then died Rated 1 out of 5 stars

This was decent, not as good as hyperwords (later liquidwords) (limited in the way of customisation possibilities) but it died a couple of days ago.

1-Click YouTube Video Download

Just does not work. Initially it worked and I had the red download button just to the right of the Subscribe button under the video screen. However for the last 6 or 8 months that red Download button has not appeared at all. That's a shame. It was a great add-on, while it worked.

I really like this addon, but it seems that since the last update the download button under the video, where it usually is, is missing. Please fix it.

Speed Dial

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Of all the addons I have, this is, for me the most important. When I have to re-install Windows or just Firefox, I do a backup of all my settings so that I can use speed-dial the way it was.

Flash Video Downloader - YouTube HD Download [4K]

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I don't know what happened, but up until a about a month ago this was a great addon. Then suddenly I noticed that I could not close any tabs, ones that were already opened and those I opened then tried to close. It took me a month to figure out that the latest version was causing the problem. I found that out by disabling and enabling all my addons one-by-one. As soon as I disabled this one bingo, I could close tabs again. Please fix this. This is a really good addon I don't want to lose it.

YouTube video quality manager

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

In the short time I used this, FF 6 and 7, I found it to be very good. Now I'm using FF8, I really miss it, because I have to click on the settings to change the playback definition myself. This addon did the job for me. Please update it for FF8.

I liked this addon and would appreciate it if you could update so that it runs on FF8.x.

I like this add-on. Will you be updating for Firefox 8.x. which I have installed?

Add Bookmark Here ²

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I like this a lot. The only thing I would add is the ability to increase the size/length of the drop-down menu. I have a large screen (27") and when I want to bookmark a site i click on the star. The bookmark menu drops down but then I have to squint because it is so short. I do remember having an extension on my Linux box that allowed me to change the size of the menu.

Xmarks Sync

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I want to know ONE thing.

WHY do I have to have my bookmarks synchronized EVERY 4 or 5 hours. AND WHY can I not set the synchronizing time myself??????????

It happens EVERYTIME, when I am downloading a large file, XMARKS takes over almost kills my download just so that it can synchronize with the server.

I have a laptop (Win 7) and a PC (OpenSuse), it happens on both. I live in a country that has limited bandwidth. I can't afford to stop everything just so that Xmarks can sync up.

WHY did you take out the option that was available in the earlier version that allowed the user to decide when sync'ing was allowed to happen.

I really like Xmarks, but this one thing is really getting my goat!!!!

Xmarks Sync

Needs a timer option Rated 4 out of 5 stars

There used to be an option, that allowed the user to specify when syncing was to be done. That is no-longer the case. Syncing is now done when some internal script is activated by something else. That is more than a little annoying. Xmarks syncs about 4 to 6 times a day on my PC. That really p****s me off, especially when the syncing happens in the middle of downloading stuff or when I'm on the webcam.

I live in a country where internet access is not fantastic so my "DSL" is appropriately slow and is being shared with several others. So when xmarks syncs up, not only does my connection slow down but the connection for everyone else who is online as well.

I want to have the option, which the old Foxmarks had, to set when syncing happens. That would make this add-on perfect.

Google Shortcuts - All Google Services at a glance

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Just re-installed the previous version and I got back what I wanted. Just Google search, gmail, image search and calendar.

I'll wait for the next version before I change anything.

Context History

Something missing Rated 5 out of 5 stars

If I am not mistaken this extension had a button that could be placed in the menu bar. This is no longer available. Now if/when I want to open a previously closed tab, I have to click on tools -> session manager -> reopen closed .. then choose which window I want to open.
Could you put the button back, Please. Makes it a LOT easier/faster.

I normally have between 8 - 14 tabs open at anyone time. So the button is very useful. Thanks.

Video DownloadHelper

Love it Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is one of my top 5 add-ons. Whether I use my XP pc or my linux PC this is one add-on that I will use at least 5 -8 times every sitting. Living in a country, now, where my max download rate is slow, it is hugely helpful to have a add-on that will "grab" something for me, to watch later, when the download speed is too slow to get any work done.

The conversion part has also won me over. Now I can download stuff from Youtube and have it converted so that it will run on my cell phone.

Great job guys. Thanks.

UnPlug

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is a great add-on. Please could you update it so that it runs on linux machines. I use Suse 10.3 and am running FF 3.0.1. I can't run the current version, 1.6.06, at all; I can't even download it.

Thanks.
