Unfortunately, this doesn't work with Firefox 57+.
If you'd like to hide images and videos, use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hide-images-per-tab. (It still downloads them, but it hides them as you choose.)
You can even configure it per tab.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
