Does what it promises quite well. I would love to see Google's translation services being used though.
Beautiful and neat options menu; video centreing works beautifully and many more features which are relevant to what I need.
I have tried a few other add-ons for YouTube on FireFox and this is by far the neatest and best!
Most of the good stuff people mention about this extension are true. However, the chrome add-on with similar features would either centre the widescreen video or scroll to the top of it. Here, I can't seem to figure out how to keep the video in the centre of the browser. I always have to scroll after clicking it.
Also, disabling autoplay causes you to stare at an ugly grey box in the video instead of the default video thumbnail.
It's unreliable sometimes and can wipe out your entire bookmarks, though it's 'versions' feature comes to the rescue at the cost of time.
However, it's STILL the best and most straight-forward bookmark syncing app I have seen on Firefox and Chrome.
I too was appalled by the low rating that some gave xMarks because I am VERY happy with what I get from XMarks - perfect Bookmarks syncing. I don't make use of any other feature and I haven't had issues with bookmarks being unexpectedly wiped clean.
Their option to 1: sync both server and pc 2: keep pc erase server 3: keep server erase pc (not in the same order ;) ) helps me keep my bookmarks free of the default ones that a newly install browser comes with.
Spend a couple minutes setting up XMarks the way you want and then u never have to think about it!
Seems to have a lot of options, but the interface is too complicated. I couldn't find basic option by automatic video resizing or quality selection. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.3).
This works perfectly so far. Pity it doesn't show up in the 'relevant' order of search for 'dictionary' but I found it through 'highest rated' ordering. Thankyou creators. Just what I needed to solve all my lookup problems on Firefox!
Using FF 16 and it doesn't work. Guess there's no more update done. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1.0).
