Thank you to everyone for coming up with these fixes. I did use udi232's way of just opening the XPI with 7zip and that allowed me to edit the files directly. The whole process was very quick. I love this add-on and stopped using it months ago but now I'm back.
btw, I'm not familiar with installing XPI files by dragging them to the Firefox window. I used the old way of going into Tools > Add-ons, clicking the gear icon and choosing 'Install Add-on from File' and that worked fine. When you use the dragging technique, do you drag from Windows Explorer? Where exactly in Firefox do you drag it to? Thanks.
Does anyone else get an XML Parsing Error when you try to open TagSieve in the Firefox 27.0.1 sidebar? I love this add-on and have used it for years. Far superior to anything available natively in Firefox. But it's not working right now. This user has other reviews of this add-on.
I was a little nervous about installing this since my understanding is that it hasn't been formally tested for TB 14 but it seems to work ok so far and did allow me to reorder folders in my left pane.
I am SO glad to have this. Thank you. After installing this in TBird, I realized that the same problem exists in Firefox -- the ugly dark blue/black glassy theme at the top. Is there a similar add-on for Firefox? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3).
Thanks VERY much for this theme; I couldn't stand the too-dark blue background behind the toolbars and menus. I was wondering though if it's possible to change the new grey background to a light blue instead? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124).
Thank you! I've really missed TagSifter and to have it taken up by another programmer under another name is much appreciated. Thanks for keeping the development alive--this is now one of my most important add-ons.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.2.8).
