Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Appears not to work. But I like the idea.
Reply: Hello is definitely still there.
Need to know what it's for Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I have only been using it for three weeks and rate it 5 stars. It helps me concentrate. I quickly lose focus so I click OneTab and go to the OneTab tab, and somehow that helps declutter my brain and I can refocus.
I am amazed at some of the other reviews here. I can only conclude that they haven't understood what this add-on is for.
You can only use it well if you know it is not a substitute for bookmarking and find out how to use your browsing history too.
Almost there Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Interesting but not quite seamless. I downloaded a programme in WMV format from the BBC iPlayer. When download was complete, it tried to launch a window to get the rights and... failed. I had to launch Expat Shield to get the rights.
As a Brit living in France, I have been using Expat Shield which is also free but which needs to be used in conjunction with AdBlock Plus otherwise it drives you insane with ads and grabbing your home page and email fields and so on, so I was keen to find a less troublesome method of watching the BBC. This add-on is not there yet so can only give 3 stars but I have high hopes and will revise my rating accordingly.

Fixes a major annoyance: in full-screen mode the Windows bar refuses to appear.
The only snag with this, and I understand it is not the developer's fault, is that the icons right of the urlbar are hidden by the min/max/close icons. Only way I've found to resolve this is to right click toolbar>customize then add or subtract a separator or space icon.
A must have for a widescreen Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I don't know where I can make a feature request but the only thing I would change would be the ability to put the scroll bar on the right of the column. But usually, if the scroll bar appears, I use it as a hint to close some tabs!
Thanks for the immediate feedback. Solution duly implemented! :-)
On balance the pluses outweigh the minuses Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Because this extension prevents some video from playing altogether, "embedding disabled by request" appears onscreen, you should add a button to switch it off temporarily, after all you can disable it without needing to restart FirefoxThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (3).
Doesn't work in FF 4.0 Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Maybe it conflicts with some other add-on but for me in Vista with FF 4.0 it simply produces empty windows. Worse, it seems to cause havoc when closing those windows - it closes windows in the background that I wanted to stay open. Struggled with it for a couple of days but now it is removed. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.2.1-signed).
doesn't allow for empty space Rated 3 out of 5 stars
ViewTab takes its sample from the top left. A lot of websites have empty space on the left side so previews aren't always helpful (only workaround I've found is [ctrl +] to increase size)
