Works with FX 30.0 and Classic Theme Restorer. Thank you!

Convenient to use. Helpful.

In my Iceweasel it simple compacts the whole menu bar into a single item: it's neater but harder to use and still occupies the same space as the old menu-bar!

Still works like a charm on FF22 & TB17 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I use with both FF & TBird...move all other tools to the MenuBar (right click MenuBar>Customize), then hide the Navigation Toolbar (View>Toolbars>NavigationToolbar)....now menus, tools & navigation are all on ONE bar. So many useful items are missing from the new default condensed menu (esp. add-on menu items). This gives them all back AND still accomplishes the saved space.

Amazing for taking back space on Firefox. Especially if you have a small screen.

Useless.

This "button" extension removes the standard Firefox's orange menu button.
And the new button don't hide the menu toolbar - so, there is the empty toolbar with one only button! In additional, this button can't be moved to any other toolbar to compact space.
Tested with Firefox 10.0.2

reques for feature in Thunderbird Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I love your addon, great job, but in thunderbird will be beneficial to have ability to move "tiny menu" button to tab area - right top conner of tabs.
Here already exists buttons for calendar, addressbook, todo list, quckfilter bar. By means of this we could economize even more space, as menu items are used so rear.

Thank you Anthony for this precious addon. Sad to see you can no longer maintain it.
It's been on the top of my list of Firefox addons i can't live without.
It's simple and effective and works better than most Menu replacement tools around, like Compact Menu or Personal Menu.
Combined with Menu Editor, i've had my toolbars and menus completely uncluttered from unwanted useless entries.
If it becomes incompatible on a future FF update i'll have a tough time finding an adequate solution.

Thunderbird 8 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Still a great space saving extension and works fine in Thunderbird 8 on Windows and Linux if you tweak the install.rdf file packed in the .xpi installer file. Update the maxVersion line to <em:maxVersion>8.*</em:maxVersion>
I use muCommander to easily edit inside the .xpi package.

WHEEE! Works with FF7.0! Welcome back to my add-ons list Tiny Menu Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Glad this is back working. Back in June this wasn't working with FF4.0 but here we are 3 months later and 3 FF versions later and now I have Tiny Menu back in Add-ons list and it's replacing the Compact Menu 2 (version 4.2.0) add-on because Compact Menu 2 (again, version 4.2.0) is incompatible with FF7.0 (as of this writing).

Removing the navigation bar seems too high a price for the minor change Tiny Menu makes. Surely that will affect other add-ons?

The Welcome to Firefox window frame in the screen shot is already replaced by the orange Firefox 5 button in the Tabs bar at the top, which itself contains many Menu entries, as well as add-on features, such as a Restart command from the Add-on Restart Firefox (the beta is perfectly OK), or that and more from the Add-on Personal Menu (which I am about to try).

Without Tiny Menu Firefox 5's default behaviour is that pressing ALT makes the menu headings appear neatly next to the orange Firefox button. Press Alt again and the menu headings disappear.

I don't see what Tiny Menu adds to that.

The homepage of this add-on mentions that, as of June 27th, there already is an adapted version (2.0.3) for FF5. You'll find the updated working version 2.0.3, if you click on the link "View all versions" at the bottom of his page.

Great addon. It's unfortunate that it hasn't been updated for FF4|5, but since there's nothing saying it has been dropped, I will wait patiently until an update.

This is a great add on but if you're using FF4 then you might like to look at Compact Menu 2 while this remains incompatible.

2.0.1 or some older versions work good on Fx 4.0.
