Loss of functionality Rated 1 out of 5 stars
This seems to be the standard pdf viewer in the new Firefox 20.0 build. I access lots of files online for business and need to save them to shared drives on our private network.
This version of pdf reader removed the "Save As" function. If you recall it was the little floppy disk that would allow you to choose the saving directory as well as name the file.
Currently, you must either Download the file, which saves it to your Downloads folder with no options for naming conventions, or select Print, choose Adobe PDF, then it will bring you to windows explorer with the regular "save as" functionality.
This change disrupts work flow by adding unnecessary extra steps. New versions are supposed to be steps forward, not steps back. If this issue remains unaddressed we'll have to switch back to IE on all of our work computers to restore the "save as" functionality.
You can save as by doing Right click -> Save As or in the menu File -> Save as
