IE

It's a complement for Internet Exploration theme and any other theme, emulating Internet Explorer.

Classic Grey Theme

This theme is designed for Fennec, mobile Firefox, to look more like old classic interface: not smooth, but distinct. Its main goal is to be simple and easy-to-see.

My Reviews

MathML-ctop

Thank you! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I have replaced <divide/> template like this:
<!-- 4.4.3.3 divide -->
<x:template match="m:apply[*[1][self::m:divide]]
|m:apply[*[1][self::m:csymbol='divide']]">
<mfrac>
<mrow><x:apply-templates select="*[position()!=last()]"/></mrow>
<mrow><x:apply-templates select="*[last()]"/></mrow>
</mfrac>
</x:template>
Very simple and functional. Though, different occasions may call for different styles of rendering. I am looking forward to changing "vector" rendering and text sizes...
Thank you. Now, I just have to find out how to make MathML render properly everywhere: in DOM Inspector, Composer, et cetera...

MathML-ctop

Seamonkey 18 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It works very well. Can you change something to display the <divide/> of Content MathML vertically, like a fraction? Because it is currently difficult to read multiplication of several divisions, like (2*root(2)/3)*(a/b).
Also, can uplimit and lowlimit of an integral be displayed above and below its symbol, instead of using space on the right of the symbol?
Like in default rendering:
http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/chapter4.html#id.4.4.5.1.3
Thank you.

Seamonkey 18 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Excellent! I have already voted for mlabeledtr bug within Gecko, but your extensions solve this problem, and many others. Only, why does SeaMonkey-Composer still render the equations incompletely in Normal view, as if not aware of these extensions? I have to Browse the document in a separate window to see results of my typing.

Tapsure

It works on Fennec 16 XUL for Maemo 5. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

But it generates a lot of css-related warnings in Error Console.

Tapsure

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I have liked your idea, and I would like to make a modification of it (for resistive screens, any textbox, Morse-code based, with possibility to modify Morse code for yourself).
But first, tapsure doesn't work for me (at all).
Maemo 5, Fennec GTK nightly 2011-01-19.
TAPSURE.strings is null
overlay.js
line 244
Chrome registration is without problems, I can see overlay.js, overlay.xul and the locale files, so I cannot pin down the problem immediately.

Page Eaters

Unusual, frightening and already uninstalled Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Minuses for sound effects (should be off by default; when I first heard them, I quickly closed Fennec), brutality (beetles are a helpful part of ecosystem; and you portrayed the beetles as blue funny creatures which don't deserve destruction at all) and slowness (on my device, at least; and I have only one tab open in Fennec and bare minimum of six windows which aren't CPU-intensive at all).

Plus: for thinking out-of-the-box and unusual concept. Fennec wasn't designed for playing games, but you put a game inside it.

In my case, the bugs weren't interacting with the page; they were flowing on white screen, and only after I exited the game, the page returned.

iViewFox

Thank you again! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I was short of space on the disk, and the program handled it brilliantly: saved as much as possible of the video, readable, without any problems. But I would appreciate if it warned me beforehand that it doesn't have enough memory, so that I could see the problem at once.
Please, port it to all possible platforms.

Thank you! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

First, I suggest that renaming the mp4 before it starts downloading prevents download from occuring.
Second, I had to jump here and there because recently it didn't work.
Third, it does work, and quite reliably, though it has no eye candy.
Fourth, could you release source code so that this extension could be ported to mobile Firefox on Maemo, Android, etc, and people could use it on the go?

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1.2).

Console²

Works well, as designed Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Don't create your own skin. Try to blend in with the theme the user has chosen, to use its style. Now you just make the buttons look like in default theme.

It is as helpful as possible, but I still don't know how to make my extension work correctly.

Hide duplicates is a great feature.

Hold4Tab

Excellent! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Update version number to 1.1a2pre.

It's far more comfortable, than right-clicking the link and clicking the context menu.

Mobilize

Could be better Rated 4 out of 5 stars

First: update the version number to 1.1a2pre, you are compatible.

Second: you can consider adding {Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17} to user-agent so that web-pages automatically redirected you to mobile version.

Ctrl-Tab

What is different from Firefox 3.6 tab previews? Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It seems that it is already included into Fire-fox 3.6. It's not needed any-more!

P.S. The only difference seems to be absence of browser.ctrlTab.mostRecentlyUsed in Firefox 3.6.
P.P.S. To enable it in Firefox 3.6 set browser.ctrlTab.previews to true.

foxTalkz Chat

Update, please! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

LAN chat is the unique feature. Please, allow people to enter not only name, but also short description. If not too difficult, show IPs of people. Make interface a bit more open: I didn't find file sharing (though I have not chatted yet due to small number of users).

It's compatible with Firefox 3.6.3, as far as I see. Update the version number!

Update LAN chat! I don't need Google chat.

Hello World (Firefox 1.5 edition)

Works, but nothing more Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Update version number: it does work in Firefox 3.6.

Develop your own extension. You can see capabilities of Firefox add-ons by installing any of them and looking into the source (from permission of the author).

You can look at my extensions, for instance. Or Go classic. Or FirefoXP. Or Capture Fox. Or Geolocater. Or anything else.

Wallpaper Rotator

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

You don't need to have administrator privileges to change your operating desktop. If you are a limited session user, desktop wallpaper can be changed. At least on Windows XP with Firefox 3.6.

The only good wallpaper in your gallery is Firefox logo. Others are awfully black.

Why cannot you have all options in one place? Why different windows for them?

Your add-on is overly complex. What do you use Ajax for?

My "home-made" add-on has neither a skin nor a language pack. It doesn't need them.

Event Spy

Firefox 3.6 Rated 4 out of 5 stars

...right-click any node, then choose the "Watch events..." option...

I don't see now this "Watch events..." option.

Tabs Open Relative

Thanks on 3.5, but update it for 3.6, please! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

In 3.5 it worked excellently:
instead of running to the end of the queue, the tabs opened nearby the current tab; it worked both for middle-click and for Control-T.
In 3.6 it makes no difference: whether this add-on is enabled or disabled, the behavior is the same:
relative on middle-click and far away on Control-T.
Take Control-T under your control again, please!

ChromEdit

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

What about applying userchrome.css/usercontent.css instantly?

Unfortunately, the load is hidden in cpp
http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/layout/style/nsLayoutStylesheetCache.cpp#189

But I hope there is a way to use LoadSheetFile in an extension.

FirefoXP

From the one who isn't going to use it Rated 4 out of 5 stars

You need to skin HTML5 video controls. Of course, they are working, but somewhat awkward.
As Windows Media Player doesn't seem to play .ogg, you might style the video controls however you wish.

I hope I have right to remove one star for the non-styled controls?

Best regards.
