I can finally get my search results unthreaded and sorted the way I want, with zero clicking! Definitely 5 stars for making this possible.
There are some rough edges, the options dialog isn't super clear but gets the job done. Disabling the threaded view only works if you select the "Thread" column to be visible - a bit funny that it has to be visible in order to make it redundant, but hey, I'll accept anything to get rid of the threaded view!
Kudos to the author who fixed a small issue pretty much the same day when I first reported it.
I've been suffering exceptionally slow Amazon page loading for a long time. Turns out to be caused by this addon. Create a blank profile. Open 7 different tabs with Amazon products. Restart, then view all tabs to force them to load. See how long it takes before Firefox stops using CPU. Takes 13 seconds on my PC. Now add this addon. It will take FORTY seconds. This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Extremely useful. Works very well, no problems at all with it. Only issue is that if you become too dependent on it then you might be totally stuffed when Electrolysis comes out, as this addon isn't yet compatible. This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Cannot believe not a single browser has this built-in. It's a must have feature for anyone who has more than one user account anywhere!
Only comment is that I wish I could make it more obvious when I'm in a certain profile, as it's too easy to forget. I tried giving profiles really long names, but Multifox won't grow beyond a certain width, sadly.
The extra features are cool too. I wish the autoplay disabler was based on whether the tab is open. If I click a related video, I want autoplay ON. If I open a related video in a new tab, I want autoplay OFF (for the background tab). Currently it's a lose/lose either way :)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (33.7.1-signed).
It used to be great, but almost none of the features work in the current YouTube. Pity. This user has 2 previous reviews of this add-on.
Not once since installing this addon was I forced to download something I wanted to just view. If I want to download, I just Alt+Click it, but alas this requires an about:config tweak due to a weird decision by the Mozilla team to disable this behaviour by default... there's always Ctrl+S though if you can't Alt+Click!
Granted, it's something that's only needed because nobody can be bothered to implement this in Thunderbird directly, but hey, it works! The addon is also nice and polished, it's actually pleasant to use. Thanks, Jonathan!
It doesn't work with TreeStyleTabs, and it doesn't work with a clean profile in Firefox 29.
Looks nice but is cut off on the left on my 2560x1440 screen.
Fixes some major usability issues with YouTube/Firefox. Thank you so much! Only one playing YouTube at a time? Hell yes! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (18.104.22.168-signed). This user has other reviews of this add-on.
It works! It doesn't require any user action. It's no restart. What else can one ask? Excellent add-on!
Fixes so many YouTube annoyances in one go. Amazing that a corporation making billions off it does a worse job than a single third party developer does for free. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124-signed).
It's a great addon, but no longer works with "Open in Browser" installed (no "Run" button for executables). I know, it's not the addon's fault; Firefox simply has a non-existent extensibility model. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (126.96.36.199-signed).
Looking forward to a more polished UI. In particular, I'd like it to be visible at all times, and to highlight the "From" email's domain as either green (verified), orange (unsigned) or red (verified-wrong).
I want to list all **sites** I've visited where the page title contains "review" and I visited it in the last 7 days. This addon can't do that. It does manage to combine "7 days" and a keyword, which is already more than the even more lame built-in history search can do, but this doesn't help at all because you can't sort by location and you about 3 pages worth' (the full history is much larger than that). Disappointing.
Generally good, but why do you force the button onto the toolbar at every restart? The toolbar customization is the one place where I want to be able to adjust my buttons. Please respect the changes I make there.
I'm sorry but 3 stars, I've wasted 20 minutes to figure out why my back/forward buttons don't merge with the URL bar like they're supposed to: turns out it's Cutyfox.
This was an awesome addon while it lasted.
The bug on partial copy of a URL has finally driven me to uninstall it. Awesome in theory, crap in practice.
Should open in current tab if left-clicked, or in new tab if Ctrl+Clicked or Middle-clicked. Currently offers a setting for new/background tab, but I pick one or the other based on various factors, like whether I need the current tab again or not.
(looking forward to your improvement, +1 - will give 5 once it works consistently! I did see the setting, I just pasted the same review for the other addon that does this, which didn't have the setting)
