Use it for easier/cleaner Evernote web clipping and printing pages. Very useful extension. Would love to see a keyboard shortcut that blocked whatever I hovered over. That would be a real time saver at times instead of clicking on many different objects. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124-signed).
This has the ability to be a VERY useful add-on. When I first heard of the idea last week in a popular blog post, I was surprised to see this available for download so quick. However, Etacts fails to properly function. At first etacts would not show up in my gmail, and I could not connect my gmail to the etacts site. I finally gave up, only to wake up this morning and after a restart of my computer, it's there in gmail. Fiddled around with it and it looks good in the spots it did work. But it doesn't work on every e-mail, especially the ones with the people I talk to most(which was a dealbreaker). I still could not get my e-mail to work on the site, either.
I will be watching this in the future, but I think this was rushed out too quick, and there's a bunch of bugs. When it gets sorted out I would love to have this add-on.
What a great add-on. Saves a lot of space for the tabs that don't need a whole title. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.1).
Great add-on. So customizable it can fit anyones needs. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.10.2).
A must have even if you use just a few Google features. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.9.1).
Well it's better than no suggestions, but it's only a suggest feature from Google or the sort, giving you a lot of suggestions that relate in no way to music.
Good idea but a little too much social networking for me and not enough reviewing. I thought the idea was nice at first when adding all my music and movies but it slowly just started to annoy me whenever it popped up.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.5.21).
I love it. I was ready to disable it, given that keywords weren't working, but realized I had version 1.0, and that the problem might have been fixed by reading a comment below by the developer switching to 1.1. And it worked perfect! Now no need to uninstall since keywords are working as they should be. Everything else has been great
Useful beyond belief. Has saved me before from having to reset all my add-ons when my computer crashed, and now I'll make sure I never have Firefox without it. No troubles here with 3.6.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.3.2).
So useful! I didn't think I would use it much but after getting used to the settings, it's saved me a lot of time and hassle dealing with tabs. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.8.2).
This has easily become one of my most used add-ons. I use Feedly all the time and I love how it looks. A lot of options in terms of appearance and it gets better with every update. My RSS feeds have never been so alive! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.11).
Fantastic add-on. Has helped out a lot keeping all my complex passwords organized and the form filler is great as well. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.66.0).
While it has some great features, I'm also one to agree that xmarks is starting to go overboard. I use a ratings feature for websites with Web of Trust. I save my passwords with LastPass. I don't need a five star rating system in my status bar or many of the features it wants to offer. It might be nice if I didn't know how great these other tools were, however it creates a conflict between add-ons and I'm not going to rate a website on Web of Trust, then rate it on Xmarks as well. Now that I use Google Bookmarks for anything non-private, I really don't have much need to sync bookmarks.
I loved the bookmark sync, but it's pushing it's boundaries into territory that others have already mastered. If it was a simple bookmark sync still I'd give it a full five stars, but this is a situation where more does not equal better. For that reason I give it four stars.
