My Reviews

Status-4-Evar

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Works well for some things and less well for others - Download Statusbar now sits on top of this statusbar. But it's getting there slowly...

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2011.03.21.22.1-signed).

Multi Links

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Best thing about this is that it still lets me use right click with my dictionary/spellchecker. Snaplinks could cleverly determine which links were 'secondary' and didn't open those. It's got pros and cons, but this isn't useful to me until it can only select the MAIN links (basically look at font size and boldness to determine that).

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.0.12).

English (Australian) Dictionary

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Doesn't work with FF 3.1, doesn't know many words, Australian or otherwise and it conflicts slightly with other 'right click' addons (have to click twice now).

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1.1).

Old Style Comeback

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It works. If you love FF2, but had to upgrade because it's no longer supported, install this. The awfulbar still finds a few stray results though.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0).

ErrorZilla Plus

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Geez, FF2 isn't like running DOS you know. I hear great things about this addon (like many others) but since I can't even use it...

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.4).

Old Location Bar

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Still has the bookmark star, but the 'go' arrow is always there now. It still finds a bunch of useless results (eg by typing 'f', it finds all pages I've visited with an f in the title or address). On top of that, no options to customise it in any way.

Basically, not much better than having the crappy awesomebar.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.3).
