Still working after all these years! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Great little extension! I've tried more recent ones, since Deskcut has stopped being developed, but for one reason or another, always end up having to default to it.
Only bug i have to report will probably affect very few people using it: the save path does not support special characters like ñ or ö (etc). Deskcut will always convert those characters to a different setting and create a folder elsewhere (eg: "C:\Désktop" becomes "C:\Désktop").
If you absolutely need to use that specific folder, you can circumvent this issue by creating a junction in windows using mklink on an elevated command prompt: "mklink /j C:\Désktop C:\Désktop" - basically fooling Deskcut into assuming that shortcut you just created is an actual folder.

Love it Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Works great on FF36! Only issue i have with it is that it's always visible on the context menu, wished it only showed up when right-clicking on highlighted editable text. Oh, and there also doesn't seem to be a way to apply other formats to previously formatted text (you have to CTRL+Z and try again). But that's just a tiny peeve, not worthy of even an half a star demotion.
Suggestion: wouldn't mind seeing some more options like the ones available on Unitools (unicod.es) - but i'm probably being greedy here...

Love this addon. This is the closest thing to magic i've seen from an addon. Now i'm left wishing this addon could go the extra step and allow you to make small edits to UI elements (like changing addon icons, or the title of a menu entry...).
Life saver! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This addon is now in my top3 indispensable list.
Stuff i saved while browsing the web used to pile up on my desktop until it filled the screen. I always got comments from people who'd never seen such a messy desktop, concerned that it was slowing my computer (nah... that was a worry in my old laptop, not on this i7 beast, with 64bits, 16GB RAM, SSD primary disk). And don't think it's because i'm sloppy... it's the opposite, i'm borderline OCD with file organization. But too much file-saving, too complex folder hierarchy and too little time often led me to constantly postpone sorting all that stuff until it became unbearable.
But no more! Since i installed SFT i've been running an immaculate desktop for months. It's such a time-saver i can't conceive browsing the internet without it now. If you're constantly downloading content, you HAVE to get this!
Thank you very much to the developer!!! Expect a contribution from me as soon as i stop being broke...
A couple of suggestions:
- Option to trigger save dialog when a file with the same name already exists in the save to folder.
- Option to use the same folder history for all tabs (Page, Link, Image, File).
- Option to populate all tabs with the same menu entries. Copy-pasting them is OK and it's pretty much a one time thing, but the process could be made simpler, if you ever find yourself with nothing else to do :-P
(nitpicking here, 5 stars and wished i could award a 6th, even without those features)

5 stars for functionality.
-1 for lacking customization of context menu entries (removing options you don't use, making it show up just when right-clicking images, having a one-click upload option without drop-down menu, etc)
Outstanding! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I've been happily using this addon for a long time with zero complaints. For the last couple of days though i've been panicking in search for a decent alternative (without success) after a recent FF update broke its functionality.
I'm now actually thankful that happened... Because of it i've just got to experience the best costumer support of my life. Not only did i immediately get a response from the developer regarding my issue (corrupt profile), which by itself is rare, but soon after i was receiving a second reply saying something like:
"hey, having to start a new profile is a pain, don't worry TOTL fan, here: have an update."
I... what?... how did u... I thought that only happened in dreams... (a single tear of joy rolling down my cheek) Th-thank you! I'm sorry i almost cheated on you with Light Switch, i was desperate, snifff...

SLOW - Much much slower displaying feeds than google reader, practically freezing when loading longer feeds...
1 - Despite having checked the "unread only" option, feed items i've already browsed keep being shown.
2 - Sometimes stops loading remaining feed items, despite there being still unread ones.
3 - After synching my google reader folders for the first time, one of them couldn't be collapsed on the right panel and i'd have to go to the index to read its contents. Solved by creating a new folder. Other problems with synching where changes made on either feedly or google kept creating similar issues or not being recognized.
4 - etc
1 - Interface could use some tweaking. I'm hoping the themes will eventually become more actual themes and less palette changers...
2 - Option to disable the anoying "X more sources" on the right panel
3 - Better integrated search panel with an option to add feed urls instantly
4 - "Remember folder display state" like in google, where right panel open folders would stay open between sessions - would cut down on the repetitive clicking
5 - etc
Despite all this, i've yet to find a better alternative to google reader. But with so many annoyances in need of fixing, if one does come along, i wouldn't think twice about leaving feedly right now...
Sorry for the bad review, i have all the respect for the work done on making feedly, and it's a pretty huge undertaking to just have it working across so many platforms. Hope to give it five stars when you manage to iron out all the issues.

Been using it for a month with no issues. Works great.
Would be nice to have an option for opening the new tab in the background.

I expected more from this addon.
Exported 51/70 addons. Had to manually select the profile folder they're stored in.
Might aswell keep doing what i've always done: regularly compress the entire profile folder onto a rar backup and save it.
For this extension to be useful, make it save ALL addons.
For it to be practical, make it do so automatically.
edit: thank you for your explanation Chuck. I wasn't aware CLEO used FEBE's backups. That makes sense. Allow me suggest to add that information to the addon help on the "Items to package" field. For a first time user, it isn't very clear. Sorry for the misinformed bad review.
It's Okay Rated 3 out of 5 stars
As far as Form Auto-Completers go, this one is alright.
Its strength is that it doesn't try to guess the fields and automatically assign data to them, which is the most broken function on these sort of extensions. Although the most useful one...
However, if you're constantly using different emails, usernames and passwords, this might be just the right tool for you.
It's not a very elegant solution. The button is ugly and lacks customization options (size, color, alternative designs). Tends to appear in all sorts of forms (including search fields) and spam webpages with the same icon all over the place. The items list can get very big very fast. Doesn't support drop-down menus (which would be redundant i guess). Hard to use on some fields like Birth date, because of the different format used in dates (dd/mm/yy, mm/dd/yyyy...). And, of course, you'll still need to click on every single field on a form page, so it's still a bit tedious, just cuts down on the typing.
Broken and Useless Rated 1 out of 5 stars
This addon won't auto-fill forms. It wil only remember forms you've filled by yourself before.
After installing it on FF10 i kept getting pop-up errors every 5seconds.
Until something better comes along, use the GM script:
Edit: Thanks for answering in chinese! That's really helpful. From what i could translate there's something there about my mother and a dog. Very nice! And no, this is not malicious promotion. I am in no way affiliated to the script mentioned above. I'm just trying to spare people from wasting their time on this addon. I understand FF10 is still too recent, until you fix the issues, this review serves as a warning to users. And thanks again for the very helpful reply.

Just installed on FF10 with 50+ other addons.
The "custombutton://" protocol used in the forums isn't recognized and a horrible bug occurs where an empty panel occupies half the screen...
4 stars rating, because FF10 is very recent, my own FF config might be causing this conflict and i'm hoping you'll be able to fix it...

Thank you Anthony for this precious addon. Sad to see you can no longer maintain it.
It's been on the top of my list of Firefox addons i can't live without.
It's simple and effective and works better than most Menu replacement tools around, like Compact Menu or Personal Menu.
Combined with Menu Editor, i've had my toolbars and menus completely uncluttered from unwanted useless entries.
If it becomes incompatible on a future FF update i'll have a tough time finding an adequate solution.
Beautiful Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Works perfectly and even though i have over 50 addons installed it doesn't lag a bit popping up the menu.
Right-click to open about:addons and the ability to hide entries is all the functionality you could wish for.
Better than the Firegestures Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I love this addon and i've been using it for a very long time with no problems whatsoever.
One feature i would love to see implemented, that exists in Firegestures, is the ability to customize scroolbar behaviour. At the moment the only option is to navigate between tabs. I would rather use it to zoom pages. Pretty much the only thing i can't that i need to use the keyboard for...
The best of its kind! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I've used all sorts of addons for instant selection search, and this one beats them all.
It's simple enough not overthinking customization (i'm looking at you Hyperwords), well-designed enough not to make you go through a huge list of items in the context menu, smart enough to use your existing search engines without forcing you to have a redundant second list, it's fast, it's powerful - i abolutely love it.
One suggestion: add a "copy" icon, so when selecting text you're not intending to search, the pop-up doesn't become useless.
Thank you very much != Excelent job!
Wish you could keep developing it...
But hey, i've been through many FF updates and this addon has never stopped working.
Hope it never does!

Would love to see this extension ressurected.
I'm currently using Cleanest Addon Manager + Addons Manager Hilite + a Stylish userstyle i've customized to my needs,
and i STILL don't have the option i most need ► to sort addons by date!
Feature Requests Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is the first addon i get whenever i start a new profile or a clean FF install. I love it and can't imagine using FF without it. BUT there's some improvements in urgent need of implementation:
1. Allow a keyboard shortcut customization for adding favorites.
Going to Menu, then Favorites, then Add to Favorites, then selecting apropriate folder, then maybe renaming, then finally clicking OK or pressing Enter. Is a tedious amount of steps.
Using ALT+M+A+A isn't very helpful. I suppose i could customize the Favorites to be out of the main Menu so it's just ALT+A+A, but i'd rather save the toolbar space.
2. The toolbar button is broken. At least in my FF config. You can't separate the Favorites from the Bookmark button (they're always bundled together). You can't remove the text labels. And moving it to other toolbars makes the button disappear. Please add a simple icon button, that you can left-click to add a new favorite, or right-click to pop-up the favorites menu.

Context menu entries needs to be context sensitive, instead of always being visible. Apart from that great addon.
EDIT: most likely a problem with my own FF config. Updated rating. Plus a 6th star for an excelent costumer support.
I'm amazed to see such dedication to an addon which has been around since the beginning of Firefox!
Thank you Paul!
